Wolfgang Halbig slanders Sandy Hook Facts using a hoax to raise money

As researchers into the Sandy Hook Shooting and the subsequent invention of the "Sandy Hook Hoax" by Hoaxers, Sandy Hook Facts has documented many lies by Wolfgang Halbig. Usually, Halbig just lies about the Sandy Hook shooting.

 Of late, Halbig is directing his lies directly at Sandy Hook Facts. Worse, he is attempting to slander us, heaping dishonest vile and contempt upon us; to top it off, he is using those lies to raise money for himself.

We initially documented his claims when at the FOIA hearing, on camera, Wolfgang stated "Sandy Hook Facts, these are the people threatening my life". This is a completely false statement as Sandy Hook Facts has NEVER threatened or advocated any harm to intentionally befall Wolfgang Halbig whatsoever, nor would we.

Lately, Wolfgang Halbig has taken to Facebook to spread lie after lie, in an attempt to raise money for himself while simultaneously instigating hatred and contempt towards Sandy Hook Facts.

Wolfgang is hoaxing his followers, he is not telling the truth.

Let us look at the lies and then break it down.  Here is a screen shot of his post made today, November 7, 2015.

Wolfgang Halbig stated
 "If this does not get you pissed off then I am just wasting my time and placing my grandchildren at risk of being poisoned."

The entire premise of his post is that Sandy Hook Facts is stalking him and putting his grandchildren at risk of being poisoned.  The claim is ridiculous, on it's face because, Sandy Hook Facts has never given anything to Wolfgang at all, let alone something that has been "poisoned" or something that can poison his grandchildren.  Nor would we want that.  Nor are we anywhere near him to give him anything, nor are we "stalking him".   Quite the opposite, as we are 3,000 miles away in California.  

We will debunk Halbig, expose his lies, and using our constitutional right, respond to his public speaking on Sandy Hook; however, that's as far as we will go.

Wolfgang has enemies to be sure; that happens when you are  a leader of a conspiracy theorist movement concerning the murder of little children and and leveling false claims towards families. EMS. and police; however, Sandy Hook Facts is not among that group.  

Wolfgang Halbig stated: 

I have reported it to my Sheriff's office the same Sheriff who sends two homicide Investigators to my house and threatened me to stop asking questions about Sandy Hook.   Google is their method of communicating and hiding behind fake names.What if this was happening to your grandchildren?They have nothing to do with I am doing yet they are now being placed at risk. They have nothing to do with I am doing yet they are now being placed at risk.

At this point, it's not entirely clear what Wolfgang reported to a Florida sheriff; however, we will work on that with a FOIA request.  Presumably, his claim would apply to his false contention that someone is trying to poison his Grandchildren; at any rate, this statement is simply to stir up contempt and hatred towards Sandy Hook Facts, since it has no basis of reality.   

Now we get to the "meat"; Halbig's basis for the claim he is being stalked, and his "punchline" to raise money:

Wolfgang Halbig stated: 

Look at this very closely and look how they are now physically stalking me in New Britian, CT with taken photos of me on the bench waiting to see the Superior Court Judge.

Help me raise the funds to put these scumbags in jail.

So Wolfgang needs money because he is being physically stalked?

Ok, lets look at the picture of Wolfgang, very closely, just as he asks of us.  This photo is purportedly of Wolfgang sitting on the bench waiting to see the Superior Court Judge.

Left, middle. There he is, sitting on the bench waiting to see the Superior Court Judge. 

So, therefore, for him to be "stalked", it would need to be "taken" of him, correct?  Did Wolfgang shave his head and lose about  a 100 pounds? Because that doesn't look like him at all. It's obvious the photo looks nothing like Wolfgang. 

Enlarging it a tad makes it clear; it is a bald headed guy who is appears to be drooling on the ground or perhaps taking a selfie.  

Wolfgang Halbig has hair and looks much more obese than the man in that photo.

Luckily for us, Mert Melfa recorded an interview with Wolfgang on the very day he was at that court house "sitting on the bench waiting to see the Superior Court Judge"  Here is a screen shot from Mert's video.

He does not appear to be wearing a blue shirt.  And he is not bald.

Wolfgang is overtly lying to raise money and doing so to the harm of Sandy Hook Facts.  

Sandy Hook Facts remains committed to the factual research of the Sandy Hook Shooting and to asserting our First Amendment Free Speech right to expose, in a legal manner, those who would perpetrate the Sandy Hook Hoax.

Wolfgang Halbig is requested to stop harming Sandy Hook Facts by telling lies and to stop attempting to raise money off of causing Sandy Hook Facts harm and by making false claims.

The Soto family has been under constant stalk by Sandy Hook conspiracy theorists since Victoria Soto was killed while teaching her first grade students on December 14, 2012 at Sandy Hook School.

Jim Fetzer and James Tracy Profit off of Victimizing Victims and Children

The business of Jim Fetzer and Professor James Tracy, Professor at Florida Atlantic University, is to profit off of peddling bold faced lies and debunked trash, with the intent to to victimize victims of violent crimes resulting in the fueling of predatory online stalking of devastated innocent victims, including little girls, and as they rake in the profits off their new book, business is good.   

Today, Sandy Hook Facts joins Mr. Thomas Bittman, a well known Newtown resident, in calling out Amazon.com for directly profiting off of the lies peddled by Jim Fetzer and James Tracy.

With the publishing of their widely popular book,  "Nobody died at Sandy Hook" Fetzer and Tracy just upped the ante by directly creating a compilation of lies and selling them.

The premise itself is idiotic.  A FEMA Drill to promote gun control, really? That doesn't even make sense.

 These are the same type of people who claim lizard people head up diabolical scheme, the earth is flat, and Russia and China are "in on it" with America, because no one has ever been to space.  Everything is a hoax! To take their guns.

Ironically, the hoaxer lunatics probably should not be anywhere near firearms.

The audience, the hoaxers, are Alex Jones drones that believe every word, without question, as they clutch their AK47's in their dark, dank basements, eating Meals Ready to Eat.  "They are the resistance", they tell themselves, echoing the mantra of their hero, Alex Jones.  Mesmerized cult like sheep without critical thought process.

Fallacies litter Fetzer and Tracy's book, mirroring all aspects of "Sandy Hook Hoax".

For example, here, they claim "both Vehicles including the VW are facing the school.

Then Fetzer and Tracy claim the VW is facing away from the school.   Proof of Hoax! But is it?

 The lie is that the blue vehicle next to the van is the VW.

 *Gasp* shocked tin foil hatters say to themselves, as they run off to stalk a woman or a child, falling for Fetzer and Tracy's side show  gimmick.

These ultimate hoaxers, gimmick after gimmick peddled, and boxed and sold

Because of Fetzer and Tracy among a few others, The Sandy Hook Hoaxers are on the attack. We can thank those that profit off this tragedy for the mass marketing hoaxer campaign that has resulted in these attacks on victims.

Some of the most stalked children on the internet can thank Fetzer, Tracy, and Halbig for their daily blather and bull crap; peddling the claim that the six year olds who were killed at Sandy Hook are actually these much older Sandy Hook School Super Bowl singers.

I have reviewed the book by Jim Fetzer and James Tracy and I am literally appalled at the number of lies in that book. It is literally literary filth. The problem with this literary filth is that also serves to incite the online stalking of family by internet trolls stupid enough to fall for the lies.

 The book is unsupported conclusion, followed by wild eye paranoia, followed by bold faced lie designed to bolster their unsupported conclusions and wild eyed paranoia.

There is not a single piece of evidence of hoax in the entire book. Literally, not one real fact that would lead a reasonable person to even consider hoax. Not one.

And the tragedy is that Amazon.com profits off of these James Tracy and Jim Fetzer's lies.

Quoting Dan Bidondi's lies serves as evidence to James Tracy and Jim Fezter.

And what gets these hoaxers fired up to where they stalk these people every day?

Lies.  Like this. This offering from Jim Fetzer and James Tracy's books and blogs.  The place where they literally spew vile lies on a daily basis, even after sound debunking.

Sandy Hook Hoax Group members, led by Tony Mead, literally created this manual using an online template and published to their follows and throughout the hoaxer world.

Lies upon lies to create a army of online predators and stalkers, all for their own profit.

 Such as this lie, Fetzer and Tracy claim the report makes no mention of any doors at the rear being "involved in the incident", yet there are images of broken glass in the report.

"Ah ha! Hoax for sure!" exclaim hoaxers and they google up a elementary school they can call up and threaten.

Of course, Fetzer and Halbig are lying, again.  The report discusses these doors in several locations and even names the officers who breached, and described the doors and broken window in great detail.

One such location is document 29745, where Officer Seabrook describes breaking out the window to gain access to the school in the first minutes after the shooting.

Lie after lie, and I could go on and on, but that is for another day. An endless supply of lies easily debunked.. but for today, I'm publishing this. The word needs to get out.  The stalking needs to stop and the hoax leaders need to be stopped.

Because who pays for their profiteering off of lies? Victims and little kids.

Judgment against Wolfgang Halbig formally ordered

you On October 9, 2015, Santa Clara Superior Court in the Great State of California formally issued judgment against Wolfgang Halbig for his ongoing attempt to chill free speech of bloggers.

The matter was heard August 11, 2015 and has been fought out in the months prior.  This blog has published numerous articles; however, until now, we have not had judgment documents to present.

Wolfgang Halbig likes to go on the web, radio, video, online, and television and speak on himself, Sandy Hook, and of course, his favorite topic, fundraising. At the same time Wolfgang uses his public figure status to raise donor funds, he uses those donor funds to silence anyone who would speak on those same subjects he speaks on, if Wolfgang disagrees with the content.

As a public figure, Wolfgang should know better.  Using his charitable organization funds to batter anyone who speaks out on Sandy Hook is clearly un-American and anti-free speech.

At the very heart of free speech is the right to speak on public figures and matters of public concern and the courts have consistently ruled in favor of the defendant.

 The court agreed here as well, and has found Wolfgang in violation and awarded this blog fees and costs of $22,450.  The judgment collects interest at a statutory rate pursuant to state law.  

Amazingly, and unfortunately, Wolfgang's attorney (in addition to Wolfgang's personal lap dog and troll, Tony Mead) is stating Wolfgang will appeal the ruling.  If Wolfgang does appeal, the stage is set for an epic battle whereby Wolfgang will face cross appeal that will be in the $100,000 ballpark; however, admittedly the exact figures are unknown at this time.

Wolfgang will lose the  appeal because he is clearly in violation of California's very rigid Anti-SLAPP laws.  One need only look at the cases involving Larry Flynt and Jerry Fallwell to see that Wolfgang simply does not stand a chance

With regard to Free Speech, if a good man like Rev. Jerry Fallwell cannot beat a slime ball like Larry Flynt, what chance does a radical conspiracy theorist hoaxer scumbag and public figure like Wolfgang Halbig have against bloggers fighting for the rights of Sandy Hook victims?  He has no chance.

Wolfgang's use of donor money would obviously be better spent elsewhere, such as perhaps, doing what he promised when raising his money, going after Connecticut.

Wolfgang's attorney has convinced Wolfgang that unrelated case law regarding a divorce case would apply to the California provision that concerns only Free Speech; clearly the divorce case law is not even the same code section that was addressed by the code section at issue. Since Wolfgang's attorney makes Sandy Hook Justice donor money either way, one can see the probable motivation in Wolfgang's attorney advising him to pursue a frivolous appeal.

One thing that is for sure, this is more Sandy Hook Justice donor money that could be used against Connecticut and for FOIA requests; instead Wolfgang is using it to attack and chill the First Amendment of bloggers.  Why? Petty rage?

Or is he wasting the money on personal vendettas that stand no chance of success.

A look at the pain caused by Hoaxers - Chris Mintz

This Facebook post by Umpqua Community College shooting survivor Chris Mintz shows the true pain caused by the rabble known as "hoaxers".

Hoaxers are vermin that prowl online, going shooting to shooting with claims the shooting was a "hoax" by the government to "take their guns".  These Hoaxers believe the victims are "government agent" and therefore hoaxers believe they are justified in stalking and harassing these people.

One must ask:
Do those who are so mentally ill as to believe such radical delusional tripe really need guns?

The hoaxers have no ethical or moral boundaries. Whether you are a veteran, hero, wounded survivor, or a small young boy or girl, or parent of a murdered child, they will stalk and harass you relentlessly.  This writer has been personally stalked and harassed by Hoaxers and knows their pain first hand.

Hoaxers are in fact domestic terrorists.  These domestic terrorists remain to be substantively addressed by Government and therefore they still stalk and harass victims of well known tragedies without restraint.
