Florida Attorney Caleb Payne's connection to the arrest

As has been widely reported, Wolfgang Halbig is facing charges related to distributing the detailed personal information of Lenny Pozner; including his driver's license number, social security number, etc.  Halbig has engaged in this activity for years. In fact, a calling card of the hoaxer is "doxing" Sandy Hook victims personal information.

The probable cause statement for the arrest of Wolfgang Halbig details that Wolfgang Halbig also sent the "full and comprehensive TLOxp report about victim Pozner" to others.

In mid 2018, SandyHookFacts received the original Wolfgang Halbig email string with attached comprehensive TLOxp of Lenny Pozner.   This is the same report as the one at issue in the arrest and Probable Cause #7 above.

The email string was a series of emails between Wolfgang Halbig and Caleb Payne. Ultimately, Halbig forwarded this email string to countless others.  One of those was Newtown's infamous "Vlad", of duckgate fame, who forwarded the email to me.   I promptly forwarded the email to Lenny.

To be clear, Lenny has been dealing with Halbig and his hoaxers distributing his report and information since 2014 and the arrest of Halbig comes via that route; not this blog or information provided TO Lenny by Sandy Hook Facts.

There is substantial evidence of law breaking by numerous hoaxers; that is beyond the scope of this blog and certainly no credit should be applied in this direction.

First, before anyone claims there is some attorney-client privilege between Caleb Payne and Wolfgang; Wolfgang waived that when he forwarded this email to untold numbers of people. There is nothing secret here.  Caleb, additionally, knew or should know Halbig sends everything out and that Halbig has screwed over every attorney he has used.

With Halbig's propensity to forward every email he gets to government offices and considering the ongoing lawsuit discovery,: if you have ever emailed Wolfgang, lawyers and law enforcement probably have that.

If you are one of Halbig's evil minions, bent on harassing victims, you may soon have the knock on your door.

As a result of Caleb assisting Halbig, Halbig's and his hoard of hoaxer minions were enabled. They were posting the Lenny report online and emailing it to untold numbers of people with the intent and purpose of harassing families of the Sandy Hook tragedy.

I know Lenny would like to see more charges brought against Halbig's conspirators, so I will not name more of them or go into that further in this blog.   Let us hope his co-conspirators soon get a knock on the door at 1 am from the police and a mugshot photo.

As to the email string, attached to the email was an invoice and email from "Right Way Consulting" billing hoaxer attorney Caleb Payne $100 for "Pozner Research". The "research" was the 187 page "comprehensive" TLOxp report on Leonard Pozner.  Wolfgang Halbig promptly forwarded Caleb's email to hoaxer "Dorothy Hill" with the message "Here is what you requested".

Here, Wolfgang is requesting Caleb Payne confirm Caleb would be his attorney (in the Pozner v. Halbig case).  Caleb ultimately represented Halbig pro bono for a portion of that case. That case was dismissed after Halbig fully complied in removing Pozner's personal information from his website.

Wolfgang to Caleb Payne: "Can you please send me an email that you are going to be my attorney. It will make me sleep better at night".  Caleb, obviously, had the goal of helping Halbig sleep cozy at night while giving Halbig the tools to harass a Sandy Hook victim.



It is no wonder Caleb would be a part of this and would obtain Pozner's report for Halbig.

Obviously Caleb knew or should know what Halbig and his minions would do with the report because Halbig does what he and his hoaxers have done for years, hurt victims of Sandy Hook.

And while Caleb Payne is not directly responsible for the criminal actions of Wolfgang Halbig, reasonable people do not give a well known hoaxer conspiracy theorist like Wolfgang Halbig reports on Sandy Hook victims.

Why would Caleb Payne not use reasonable prudence with the report and his privileges as an attorney?

Well, in an online interview with Dave Gahary (a co-defendant when Pozner sued Jim Fetzer), attorney Caleb Payne exposed himself as a fellow wide eyed irrational conspiracy theorist hoaxer when he openly questioned whether crisis actors were used at the Pulse Nightclub shooting.   Here is the relevant portion of that interview:

Payne went so far as to pay $100 to get Wolfgang a report on Leonard Pozner. A report that had NOTHING to do with the case versus Pozner.

So why would he? Payne should answer that question. Preferably in handcuffs and disbarred, but that is just opinion and hope.

Justin Hess, Cobb County Georgia - Incompetent to Stand Trial

Cobb County Superior Court Judge Mary Clark has found Justin Hess incompetent to stand trial.    This is an initial finding. Justin will be sent to a Mental Hospital for treatment. If he is deemed competent to stand trial, he will be returned to the court.

Justin Hess was a well known Sandy Hook hoaxer Youtuber who needs to stand trial for murdering his own mother and an innocent school teacher.  Authorities were well aware of his mental illness and did nothing until he killed two people.

There are no charges related to carrying a firearm. Since that information comes from a resident with knowledge of the incident so I will leave it as it is for now. It is very likely that if Ussery was armed, it was, legal in Texas.

3/6/18 Update and correction: According to a viewer, the Texas Rangers are claiming there was no firearm found. This information apparently stemmed from the fact the FBI and BATF are involved in someway.

I have received word that there were possibly six charges, including terroristic threats,  and resisting arrest!

I spoke with the Wilson County Sheriff's Department and they could not provide details because he had just been booked, recommending I call back on Tuesday. Online inmate information confirms they are both currently in custody.

A resident reports that Robert Ussery and Jodie Mann were at the Baptist Church when Ussery began threatening the Pastor and on scene deputies.

Robert Ussery is closely affiliated with and supported by Sandy Hook Hoax group. Just like Hoax group, he is a rabid "auto hoaxer" that declares nearly every high profile shooting a "hoax" perpetrated by the government to take "their guns".  The irony, of course, is that they make the argument that the government needs to take their guns. The Sandy Hook Hoaxer prove themselves to be quite unstable, repeatedly.

Side Thorn versus Sutherland Springs - is a storm is brewing?

Side Thorn has recently published several of his phone calls and encounters with victims and families of victims of the Sutherland Springs Church Shooting. Residents have have been made aware of Side Thorn's deeds and are responding. They are warning the hoaxer: "stay out of town". 

The residents of Sutherland Springs are reacting because Side Thorn has been going into the town and contacting and harassing victims of the shooting while secretly recording them. He is then edits the video and posts them on his numerous channels throughout the web.

On Nov. 5, 2017, 26 were killed and at least 20 injured when a shooter opened fire inside the First Babtist Church in Sutherland Springs, Tx.  8 children were among the dead.  This made the national news.  The shooting was instantly declared a "hoax" by the Sandy Hook hoaxers.

Hoaxer Side Thorn hails from Lockhart, Texas; about one hour drive from Sutherland Springs. Since the news broke about the shooting he has trolled the streets, churches, cemeteries, and homes of Sutherland Springs making secret videos of the victims; subsequently publishing videos accusing them of being crisis actors.   It is the pattern hoaxers have repeated many times before.

Sandy Hook, Boston Bombing, Virginia Reporter, Pulse Night Club, Las Vegas; the list of victims hoaxers revictimize goes on and on. The harm the cause to people in unimaginable grief is disgusting. Yet society does nothing.

To this point, the police agencies in Sutherland Springs and Lockhart Texas seem to fully support Side Thorn; or at a minimum, look the other way.

In this video, filmed by Side Thorn, Caldwell County Sheriff Deputy Flores dismisses the complaints of the father of a Sutherland Springs Shooting victim (on the phone) and continues getting the "facts" from Side Thorn. He then promises to forward his report about the "death threats" Side Thorn received to the "DA".  Thus Side Thorn gets a good laugh reporting a mother of a Sutherland Springs victim for "death threats".

Who is Side Thorn?

Side Thorn is an hoaxer and considers all of the victims of many shootings to be "Crisis Actors".  He makes no bones about the fact that he intends to see those he considers crisis actors to "hang" or otherwise be murdered.  He has victimized Sandy Hook, San Antonio Mall, and Pulse Night Club, Waco Shooting survivors and families; to name a few.  Sutherland Springs has been his target for the past few monhs.

Side Thorn's premise itself is a hoax. "Prove One Death and Get $100,000" he repeatedly declares.  The $100,000 has already been claimed. Anyone attempting to claim his reward is not met with the potential of reward but  met with vitriol, death threats, and harassment.

Side Thorn is promoted by and affiliated with Sandy Hook Hoax Group.  It should be noted numerous Sandy Hook Hoax Group members  have been imprisoned for their harassment, threats, attacks, and most recently, child porn. 

Side Thorn has also been promoted by Texas based Info Wars. Austin native Alex Jones owns Info Wars and is the founder of the "Sandy Hook Hoax" meme. Alex Jones is responsible for countless attacks on innocent victims.  Alex Jones is responsible for emboldening Side Thorn.

It should be noted that Side Thorn's "dox/true identity" is well known and is not going to be a part of this article to ensure Google does not remove the article for TOS violations.  Side Thorn's identity is easily located if you need it.  Obviously the authorities know full well who he is.  He is most certainly not hiding his brazen conduct.

In fact, Sutherland Springs Deputies seem to fully enjoy their video contacts with Side Thorn.  This Deputy was part of the first response to the Sutherland Springs shooting scene. Side Thorn posted a video of his friendly contact. Side Thorn was filming a victim in her car.  The deputy departed with a handshake and a smile.

The residents, however, appear to be saying they have had enough and are warning Side Thorn to stop harassing and threatening their families.  In response, Side Thorn promises to continue on.

It should be noted that I've seen more than one video of Side Thorn standing in the middle of Texas bikers telling them the Waco Biker shooting was fake.   A couple of victim mothers and cousins calling Side Thorn and asking him to stop harassing them is certainly not going scare him off or detour his activities.

In Side Thorn's recent video he stated no one has ever provided him documents to claim the reward. That is a bold faced lie.   I have personally provided him with irrefutable proof of death of a Sandy Hook victim.

Certified Death Certificate of Noah Pozner - this certified document was obtained through the Newtown Town Clerk and was not the copy released by Lenny Pozner; Noah's father. This document was independently obtained self-authenticating proof  Noah Pozner was killed during the Sandy Hook shooting.

Side Thorn Death Threats

Side Thorn's response was to tell me to sue him (in between his threats to murder me).  That is where we stand at this point.  I have a potential costly legal battle to attempt to collect $100,000 from a guy who is quite likely "judgment proof".  But the reward is nonetheless claimed and Side Thorn owes me $100,000.

He made a video declining to pay and instead threatening to murder me.

Others have attempted to provide Side Thorn with proof and they are met with the same type of language, threats, and attacks.  I have archived videos of victims of Pulse Night Club, Las Vegas, and San Antonio Mall shooting attempting to claim the reward; they are met with the same treatment.  It's safe to say that anyone from Sutherland Springs giving documents to Side Thorn would be met with similar threats and harassment.

The reality is Side Thorn secretly filmed the open casket funeral of one of the San Antonio Mall shooting victims.  He used racist disparaging remarks to describe the "crisis actor in the casket".

 If an open casket didn't prove it to Side Thorn and certified documents didn't prove it to him, it's obvious the "reward" is nothing more than another hoax by a the Hoaxers.

I do take his threats very seriously and I do believe he is dangerous and expresses a real intent to do harm to others.

Let's hope Sutherland Springs finds some peace.  Hopefully the residents or police decide to stick up for their own.  The shooting was only a few months ago and most shooting victims or families are not ready to deal a "Side Thorn" character.  Sutherland Springs needs to, once again, help their neighbor.

While I must admit, I did not ever wonder ,"Where is Scott Baio today?".  Considering I was young in the 70's, it would not have been unusual or surprising if I had.

What is surprising is the answer to that question. So, then, where is Scott Baio?

Well, the surprising answer to that is:

Today, Scott Baio, lacking any semblance of a career, instead spends his time prowling around twitter, and when he finds a family who has lost a mother or a child to gun violence, he attacks and grief trolls them with Alex Jones inspired hateful hoaxer memes.

Scott Baio apparently decided he would launch a broadside attack against two families of victims of violent crimes.  Scott Baio re-tweeted the above hoaxer created meme attacking Sandy Hook victim Vicky Soto's mother and Charlottesville victim Heather Heyer's mother.

The tweet is a clear flag to those of us who understand so called "alt-right gun truthers" - It says "I am a hoaxer". Scott, it says it LOUD AND CLEAR. You can't deny it.  The hoaxers know you are "one of them" and we know it.

What's next, Scott Baio, the earth is flat?

Scott Baio's obvious hoaxerism aside, no reasonable person could believe sending such a meme to 218,000 followers would do anything but seriously emotionally harm families; so hoax Scott Baio's  intent was clear: cause pain to people in grief.

Scott Baio then stood behind his attack on the families by blocking two victims who called him on his hoaxerism.  The Soto family and Nelba Marquez; both well known on Twitter.  How low could Alex Jones loving Scott Baio sink?

He appeared desperate to justify his attack on the families as "just asking a question". That lame defense is right out of hoaxer grief stalker playbook chapter 1, Scott.

Scott Baio's wife doubled down on her husbands hate.  Rachael Baio decided to compare her husbands hateful attacks to simply tweeting "a crayon photo".  First, the attacks a "question" then it's a "Crayon".  That is how Scott Baio and Rachael Baio see their libeling of families of murder victims.

They Baio's must have drank way too much of Alex Jones vitality brain juice; there is simply no other explanation.

By the way, while Scott has deleted his hateful attack on the families, he has not deleted his wife's disgusting take on that hateful tweet.

With both Baio's in on the attack on families, you know the emotional harm they are teaming up to cause is very intentional.

To date, Baio refuses to apologize and simply continues to make excuses for his disgusting post.

Scott Baio disgraced himself and good conservatives everywhere when he revealed he is nothing but a internet grief troll that attacks and hurts families who have lost loved ones in violent crimes.  Intuitively, you would think Scott Baio's sole purpose of grief trolling these families could be for little else than to intentionally emotionally hurt them.

A twitter user did offer a suggestion:

Scott has decided he would rather continue to harm families by leading his following to attack families of murder victims.

 And it is having the only outcome he can reasonably expect, more attacks on the families.

You, Scott Baio, are personally associating yourself with a racist, disgusting, child stalking hate group known as Sandy Hook hoaxers, when you repeat their filthy lies.

Yes Scott, because of what you do, families are stalked to the point hoaxers are jailed.
