Robert Ussery has partnered with Sandy Hook Hoax group's Tony Mead to engage in trolling victims and Sandy Hook Facts.

 Robert Ussery purports to offer a reward of $100,000 for proof of death at many mass casualty events including Sandy Hook and Sutherland Springs.  When Sandy Hook Facts provided Proof of Life and Death, Ussery refused to accept the documents and threatened to murder CW Wade.

On March 5, 2018 Robert Ussery was arrested for trespassing and threatening the pastor of the Sutherland Springs Baptist Church.

As a result of their arrest, it was discovered Robert Ussery, a convicted felon was in possession of a firearm.  A subsequent raid on his home resulted in discovery of a total of ten firearms, including a  Serbu .50 cal rifle, M&P 15 (AR-15 style rifle), Hesse HAR-15 (AR-15 style rifle)  and numerous pistols and shotguns.

Jodie Mann posted a video of Robert Ussery's shack/home after the raid.  The video is a chilling look into the disturbed mind of the man who fancies himself an evil clown.

The following court documents are provided for research purposes.  This post will be updated as the trial progresses.

Ussery claims to be glad about the arrest and believes it was a "set up".  How someone can "set up" his own voluntary criminal actions is unclear:

The two conspiracy theorists who tormented numerous victims of mass shootings and especially targeted victim of the Sandy Hook and Sutherland Springs shootings have numerous new state and federal  Robert Ussery aka Side Thorn has a new Federal case.

These cases are in addition to the federal charges filed 5/22/18 against Ussery for Felon in Possession of a firearm.  Ussery has been in custody since 5/22/18, held without Bail.  A search warrant served on his home revealed he was in possession of numerous other firearms including a .50 cal Rifle, according to prosecutors.  This is frightening considering the number of people Ussery has threatened to kill, including this writer!

She is a facing 10 years and  $250,000 fine in each case.

Update: 6/1/18:  More details have come to light.  Robert Ussery was living in a outbuilding described as a barn behind his parents home. The search of Robert's living space yielded ten firearms including a shot gun, a .50 cal rifle, and 1,000 rounds of ammunition.  As a felon, he is not allowed to possess any weapons.  According to a source, Ussery will face more charges as a result of the search.  As of this date, no additional charges have been filed.   Ussery has retained Texas attorney Guillermo Lara Jr.  Lara was unable to secure Ussery's release and Ussery remains in Federal custody without bail.

Cobb County Superior Court Judge Mary Clark has found Justin Hess incompetent to stand trial.    This is an initial finding. Justin will be sent to a Mental Hospital for treatment. If he is deemed competent to stand trial, he will be returned to the court.

Justin Hess was a well known Sandy Hook hoaxer Youtuber who needs to stand trial for murdering his own mother and an innocent school teacher.  Authorities were well aware of his mental illness and did nothing until he killed two people.

There are no charges related to carrying a firearm. Since that information comes from a resident with knowledge of the incident so I will leave it as it is for now. It is very likely that if Ussery was armed, it was, legal in Texas.

3/6/18 Update and correction: According to a viewer, the Texas Rangers are claiming there was no firearm found. This information apparently stemmed from the fact the FBI and BATF are involved in someway.

I have received word that there were possibly six charges, including terroristic threats,  and resisting arrest!

I spoke with the Wilson County Sheriff's Department and they could not provide details because he had just been booked, recommending I call back on Tuesday. Online inmate information confirms they are both currently in custody.

A resident reports that Robert Ussery and Jodie Mann were at the Baptist Church when Ussery began threatening the Pastor and on scene deputies.

Alex Jones InfoWarriors openly plotting violence against Sandy Hook and Parkland shooting victims

Saturated with Alex Jones "you are the resistance" propaganda, they have killed or engaged in shoot outs.  These include three that have been covered by Sandy Hook Facts: Justin Hess, Jerad Miller, and Brent Cole.

Do the hoaxer plans sound outrageous? Listen for yourself.  Right now, "Infowarrior" Jerry is planning to go to the homes of "crisis actors" (and yes he includes High School children as "crisis actors"), drag them out of their house, and murder them with a bat.  His words, not mine.

The authorities won't act to stop it, so we wait to see who these hoaxers attack. After all, Alex Jones has taught them they are "the resistance", and they believe they need to do violence to fulfill their mission.

Phillip Craigie Professor Doom - Sandy Hook Hoax Leader going to prison for violent robbery

Sandy Hook Facts is attempting to obtain more information about the violent attempted murder  perpetrated by Sandy Hook Hoax leader "Professor Doom"; known in "real life" as Phillip Craigie. Obviously, Doom is no Professor, but he is a career criminal.

(T)he Great Falls police responded to a stabbing at Park Manor on September 25.
Police obtained security footage, which showed another man identified as Samuel Darling leaving Park Manor with the victim.
The victim was ambushed in the alley and the footage shows Phillip Craigie wielding a knife.
Craigie's wife Samantha was identified as driving a vehicle into the alley during the assault.
According to the plea agreement, the state will recommend 15 years to the Montana State Prison with five suspended.

According to court documents, Craigie waited outside a downtown apartment building on Sept. 25 while another man, Sam Darling, led the victim outside. Surveillance footage from the apartment building reportedly shows Darling, a co-defendant in the case, watch Craigie ambush and stab the victim five times before stepping back inside the apartment building.
Craigie reportedly fled on a bicycle and was not found for nearly two weeks. Officers with Great Falls Police Department's Patrol and Investigations Bureau took him into custody Oct. 6.

Doom was well known for issuing death threats

Craigie is just another to whom authorities turned a blind eye.  His threats were reported numerous times; however, no action was ever taken.

Doom threatened to go on a killing rampage, going after everyone on his "scrub list". Doom's co-host, Eric Wilkinson, sickeningly laughs it up calling it "the purge" and appearing to encourage it.

To say that these are two very violent and scary Sandy Hook Hoaxers is an understatement.  Unlike Wilkinson, I find nothing funny about Professor Doom's threats about his intent as to a "scrub list".  I doubt the man Craigie stabbed nearly to death is laughing about Craigie's propensity, either.

Life Sentence - Armed Robber - Three Striker
Professor Doom was given a life sentence in California based on California's Three Strikes law; however, he was released early due to prison reform. California's "prison reform" continues to this day, loosing numerous dangerous people back onto the streets.  While Craigie was a violent felon and career criminal who committed armed robbery; one of his felonies, Auto theft, his "third strike" was later considered to be "non violent" and, thus, Craigie was released from prison after 10 years. Craigie, of course, leaves California to avoid his third strike here.

Craigie's most violent known felony was an attempted to rob an elderly man with a shotgun.  When the victim had no money, Craigie kidnapped him and locked him in a shed.   All of this was well known to his hoaxer partners, as Doom himself showed the documents in a video and openly discussed his crimes once he was "doxed" as a career criminal.

In my files somewhere is a recording of Craigie boasting something to the effect of "If I threaten you with a shotgun, you know I'll do it". This, to my recollection, was said to a live chat of his fellow hoaxers.

  Craigie as "Professor Doom" was one of the "experts" used in the hoaxer tripe called "We Need to Talk About Sandy Hook". Professor Doom claimed "legal expertise".  Of course, his only real "expertise" was filing a complaint that he was deprived of "toilet paper" for a whole day!  It was obviously dismissed by the courts as frivolous nonsense.

Sandy Hook Hoaxer Double Murderer Justin Hess pleads Incompetent to Stand Trial

Sandy Hook Hoaxer Justin Hess entered a plea of "Incompetent to Stand Trial".   Hess was a well known "auto hoaxer"; one of those Youtubers who call every mass shooting a hoax.  Hess channel names included  "Justin Wooley" and  "Counter Tyranny Ops".  He made video after video claiming incidents, including Sandy Hook, Boston Bombing, and other mass shootings were "hoaxes".

It appears Sandy Hook Hoaxers are using their mental illness to attempt to get out of murder charges.  Justin Hess killed his mother in her home then drove to another county and killed an innocent music teacher.

Side Thorn versus Sutherland Springs - is a storm is brewing?

Side Thorn has recently published several of his phone calls and encounters with victims and families of victims of the Sutherland Springs Church Shooting. Residents have have been made aware of Side Thorn's deeds and are responding. They are warning the hoaxer: "stay out of town". 

The residents of Sutherland Springs are reacting because Side Thorn has been going into the town and contacting and harassing victims of the shooting while secretly recording them. He is then edits the video and posts them on his numerous channels throughout the web.

The Sutherland Springs Church Shooting
On Nov. 5, 2017, 26 were killed and at least 20 injured when a shooter opened fire inside the First Babtist Church in Sutherland Springs, Tx.  8 children were among the dead.  This made the national news.  The shooting was instantly declared a "hoax" by the Sandy Hook hoaxers.

Hoaxer Side Thorn hails from Lockhart, Texas; about one hour drive from Sutherland Springs. Since the news broke about the shooting he has trolled the streets, churches, cemeteries, and homes of Sutherland Springs making secret videos of the victims; subsequently publishing videos accusing them of being crisis actors.   It is the pattern hoaxers have repeated many times before.

Sandy Hook, Boston Bombing, Virginia Reporter, Pulse Night Club, Las Vegas; the list of victims hoaxers revictimize goes on and on. The harm the cause to people in unimaginable grief is disgusting. Yet society does nothing.

To this point, the police agencies in Sutherland Springs and Lockhart Texas seem to fully support Side Thorn; or at a minimum, look the other way.

In this video, filmed by Side Thorn, Caldwell County Sheriff Deputy Flores dismisses the complaints of the father of a Sutherland Springs Shooting victim (on the phone) and continues getting the "facts" from Side Thorn. He then promises to forward his report about the "death threats" Side Thorn received to the "DA".  Thus Side Thorn gets a good laugh reporting a mother of a Sutherland Springs victim for "death threats".

Who is Side Thorn?

Side Thorn is an hoaxer and considers all of the victims of many shootings to be "Crisis Actors".  He makes no bones about the fact that he intends to see those he considers crisis actors to "hang" or otherwise be murdered.  He has victimized Sandy Hook, San Antonio Mall, and Pulse Night Club, Waco Shooting survivors and families; to name a few.  Sutherland Springs has been his target for the past few monhs.

Side Thorn's premise itself is a hoax. "Prove One Death and Get $100,000" he repeatedly declares.  The $100,000 has already been claimed. Anyone attempting to claim his reward is not met with the potential of reward but  met with vitriol, death threats, and harassment.

Side Thorn is promoted by and affiliated with Sandy Hook Hoax Group.  It should be noted numerous Sandy Hook Hoax Group members  have been imprisoned for their harassment, threats, attacks, and most recently, child porn. 

Side Thorn has also been promoted by Texas based Info Wars. Austin native Alex Jones owns Info Wars and is the founder of the "Sandy Hook Hoax" meme. Alex Jones is responsible for countless attacks on innocent victims.  Alex Jones is responsible for emboldening Side Thorn.

It should be noted that Side Thorn's "dox/true identity" is well known and is not going to be a part of this article to ensure Google does not remove the article for TOS violations.  Side Thorn's identity is easily located if you need it.  Obviously the authorities know full well who he is.  He is most certainly not hiding his brazen conduct.

In fact, Sutherland Springs Deputies seem to fully enjoy their video contacts with Side Thorn.  This Deputy was part of the first response to the Sutherland Springs shooting scene. Side Thorn posted a video of his friendly contact. Side Thorn was filming a victim in her car.  The deputy departed with a handshake and a smile.

The residents, however, appear to be saying they have had enough and are warning Side Thorn to stop harassing and threatening their families.  In response, Side Thorn promises to continue on.

It should be noted that I've seen more than one video of Side Thorn standing in the middle of Texas bikers telling them the Waco Biker shooting was fake.   A couple of victim mothers and cousins calling Side Thorn and asking him to stop harassing them is certainly not going scare him off or detour his activities.

In Side Thorn's recent video he stated no one has ever provided him documents to claim the reward. That is a bold faced lie.   I have personally provided him with irrefutable proof of death of a Sandy Hook victim.

Certified Death Certificate of Noah Pozner - this certified document was obtained through the Newtown Town Clerk and was not the copy released by Lenny Pozner; Noah's father. This document was independently obtained self-authenticating proof  Noah Pozner was killed during the Sandy Hook shooting.

The documents provided to Side Thorn are still available to the public; posted with the full permission of Lenny Pozner.

Side Thorn Death Threats

Side Thorn's response was to tell me to sue him (in between his threats to murder me).  That is where we stand at this point.  I have a potential costly legal battle to attempt to collect $100,000 from a guy who is quite likely "judgment proof".  But the reward is nonetheless claimed and Side Thorn owes me $100,000.

He made a video declining to pay and instead threatening to murder me.

Others have attempted to provide Side Thorn with proof and they are met with the same type of language, threats, and attacks.  I have archived videos of victims of Pulse Night Club, Las Vegas, and San Antonio Mall shooting attempting to claim the reward; they are met with the same treatment.  It's safe to say that anyone from Sutherland Springs giving documents to Side Thorn would be met with similar threats and harassment.

The reality is Side Thorn secretly filmed the open casket funeral of one of the San Antonio Mall shooting victims.  He used racist disparaging remarks to describe the "crisis actor in the casket".

 If an open casket didn't prove it to Side Thorn and certified documents didn't prove it to him, it's obvious the "reward" is nothing more than another hoax by a the Hoaxers.

Help your neighbor
I do take his threats very seriously and I do believe he is dangerous and expresses a real intent to do harm to others.

Let's hope Sutherland Springs finds some peace.  Hopefully the residents or police decide to stick up for their own.  The shooting was only a few months ago and most shooting victims or families are not ready to deal a "Side Thorn" character.  Sutherland Springs needs to, once again, help their neighbor.
