Florida Attorney Caleb Payne's connection to the arrest

As has been widely reported, Wolfgang Halbig is facing charges related to distributing the detailed personal information of Lenny Pozner; including his driver's license number, social security number, etc.  Halbig has engaged in this activity for years. In fact, a calling card of the hoaxer is "doxing" Sandy Hook victims personal information.

The probable cause statement for the arrest of Wolfgang Halbig details that Wolfgang Halbig also sent the "full and comprehensive TLOxp report about victim Pozner" to others.

In mid 2018, SandyHookFacts received the original Wolfgang Halbig email string with attached comprehensive TLOxp of Lenny Pozner.   This is the same report as the one at issue in the arrest and Probable Cause #7 above.

The email string was a series of emails between Wolfgang Halbig and Caleb Payne. Ultimately, Halbig forwarded this email string to countless others.  One of those was Newtown's infamous "Vlad", of duckgate fame, who forwarded the email to me.   I promptly forwarded the email to Lenny.

To be clear, Lenny has been dealing with Halbig and his hoaxers distributing his report and information since 2014 and the arrest of Halbig comes via that route; not this blog or information provided TO Lenny by Sandy Hook Facts.

There is substantial evidence of law breaking by numerous hoaxers; that is beyond the scope of this blog and certainly no credit should be applied in this direction.

First, before anyone claims there is some attorney-client privilege between Caleb Payne and Wolfgang; Wolfgang waived that when he forwarded this email to untold numbers of people. There is nothing secret here.  Caleb, additionally, knew or should know Halbig sends everything out and that Halbig has screwed over every attorney he has used.

With Halbig's propensity to forward every email he gets to government offices and considering the ongoing lawsuit discovery,: if you have ever emailed Wolfgang, lawyers and law enforcement probably have that.

If you are one of Halbig's evil minions, bent on harassing victims, you may soon have the knock on your door.

As a result of Caleb assisting Halbig, Halbig's and his hoard of hoaxer minions were enabled. They were posting the Lenny report online and emailing it to untold numbers of people with the intent and purpose of harassing families of the Sandy Hook tragedy.

I know Lenny would like to see more charges brought against Halbig's conspirators, so I will not name more of them or go into that further in this blog.   Let us hope his co-conspirators soon get a knock on the door at 1 am from the police and a mugshot photo.

As to the email string, attached to the email was an invoice and email from "Right Way Consulting" billing hoaxer attorney Caleb Payne $100 for "Pozner Research". The "research" was the 187 page "comprehensive" TLOxp report on Leonard Pozner.  Wolfgang Halbig promptly forwarded Caleb's email to hoaxer "Dorothy Hill" with the message "Here is what you requested".

Here, Wolfgang is requesting Caleb Payne confirm Caleb would be his attorney (in the Pozner v. Halbig case).  Caleb ultimately represented Halbig pro bono for a portion of that case. That case was dismissed after Halbig fully complied in removing Pozner's personal information from his website.

Wolfgang to Caleb Payne: "Can you please send me an email that you are going to be my attorney. It will make me sleep better at night".  Caleb, obviously, had the goal of helping Halbig sleep cozy at night while giving Halbig the tools to harass a Sandy Hook victim.



It is no wonder Caleb would be a part of this and would obtain Pozner's report for Halbig.

Obviously Caleb knew or should know what Halbig and his minions would do with the report because Halbig does what he and his hoaxers have done for years, hurt victims of Sandy Hook.

And while Caleb Payne is not directly responsible for the criminal actions of Wolfgang Halbig, reasonable people do not give a well known hoaxer conspiracy theorist like Wolfgang Halbig reports on Sandy Hook victims.

Why would Caleb Payne not use reasonable prudence with the report and his privileges as an attorney?

Well, in an online interview with Dave Gahary (a co-defendant when Pozner sued Jim Fetzer), attorney Caleb Payne exposed himself as a fellow wide eyed irrational conspiracy theorist hoaxer when he openly questioned whether crisis actors were used at the Pulse Nightclub shooting.   Here is the relevant portion of that interview:

Payne went so far as to pay $100 to get Wolfgang a report on Leonard Pozner. A report that had NOTHING to do with the case versus Pozner.

So why would he? Payne should answer that question. Preferably in handcuffs and disbarred, but that is just opinion and hope.

Scott Baio is a Sandy Hook Hoaxer Grief Troll

While I must admit, I did not ever wonder ,"Where is Scott Baio today?".  Considering I was young in the 70's, it would not have been unusual or surprising if I had.

What is surprising is the answer to that question. So, then, where is Scott Baio?

Well, the surprising answer to that is:

Today, Scott Baio, lacking any semblance of a career, instead spends his time prowling around twitter, and when he finds a family who has lost a mother or a child to gun violence, he attacks and grief trolls them with Alex Jones inspired hateful hoaxer memes.

Simply put: Scott Baio, an icon of  my generation, is nothing but a wide-eyed Alex Jones fed Sandy Hook conspiracy theorist hoaxer grief troll.

Scott Baio attacks Sandy Hook Families
Scott Baio apparently decided he would launch a broadside attack against two families of victims of violent crimes.  Scott Baio re-tweeted the above hoaxer created meme attacking Sandy Hook victim Vicky Soto's mother and Charlottesville victim Heather Heyer's mother.

The tweet is a clear flag to those of us who understand so called "alt-right gun truthers" - It says "I am a hoaxer". Scott, it says it LOUD AND CLEAR. You can't deny it.  The hoaxers know you are "one of them" and we know it.

What's next, Scott Baio, the earth is flat?

Scott Baio's obvious hoaxerism aside, no reasonable person could believe sending such a meme to 218,000 followers would do anything but seriously emotionally harm families; so hoax Scott Baio's  intent was clear: cause pain to people in grief.

Scott Baio then stood behind his attack on the families by blocking two victims who called him on his hoaxerism.  The Soto family and Nelba Marquez; both well known on Twitter.  How low could Alex Jones loving Scott Baio sink?

He appeared desperate to justify his attack on the families as "just asking a question". That lame defense is right out of hoaxer grief stalker playbook chapter 1, Scott.

Scott Baio's wife doubled down on her husbands hate.  Rachael Baio decided to compare her husbands hateful attacks to simply tweeting "a crayon photo".  First, the attacks a "question" then it's a "Crayon".  That is how Scott Baio and Rachael Baio see their libeling of families of murder victims.

They Baio's must have drank way too much of Alex Jones vitality brain juice; there is simply no other explanation.

By the way, while Scott has deleted his hateful attack on the families, he has not deleted his wife's disgusting take on that hateful tweet.

With both Baio's in on the attack on families, you know the emotional harm they are teaming up to cause is very intentional.

To date, Baio refuses to apologize and simply continues to make excuses for his disgusting post.

Scott Baio disgraced himself and good conservatives everywhere when he revealed he is nothing but a internet grief troll that attacks and hurts families who have lost loved ones in violent crimes.  Intuitively, you would think Scott Baio's sole purpose of grief trolling these families could be for little else than to intentionally emotionally hurt them.

A twitter user did offer a suggestion:

Scott has decided he would rather continue to harm families by leading his following to attack families of murder victims.

 And it is having the only outcome he can reasonably expect, more attacks on the families.

Yes Scott, because of what you do, families are stalked to the point hoaxers are jailed.

As covered in my first blog on the, well known gun nut and Sandy Hook hoaxer / truther has been arrested for double murder.

Hess had a long history of threatening commentary, such as claiming he was going to "vote from the rooftop" because the election was "rigged" for Hillary Clinton.

Hess was also a radical alt-right gun hoaxer truther and suffered from obvious mental illness.  Hess was on my radar as a possible hoaxer who would turn into a shooter/killer; as a result, I subscribed to him and kept tabs on him.  Many others felt the same way. Several called him "Justin Adam Lanza Wooley".

A recent Youtuber commented "I'm surprised he killed his mom. I thought he was going to blow up a building like Timothy McVey".

I second that.  Hess was a ticking time bomb and authorities ignored it.

Hess' recent posts and videos clearly indicate that he was likely planning his killing spree that left two dead, including his own mother.

When is the village going to rise up and cast out it's monsters? Right now, a little Newtown girl is being gang stalked by crazy, dirty old men, and heavily armed wild eyed fanatics.  The authorities are doing NOTHING!  Are we waiting for the hoaxers to spill more blood?

Gang Stalking Bender

In perhaps the most egregious coordinated gang stalking of a child I have ever seen, the hoaxers have doubled down, posting vile, disgusting lies in what appears to be an effort to instigate one of their mentally followers into violence against a little girl. If violence from a hoaxer follower is not intended, it is certainly a foreseeable result!

Frankly, it is not the hoaxers you will see listed here who are likely to do violence, it is the follower. The wild eyed fanatic adorned with a tin foil hat frantically sucking on his bong while clutching his assault rifles waiting on Obama to "come take his guns".  These are the ones convinced  by hoaxer drivel posted on youtube or montefrank.com

Why the hoaxer rage?

 The attacks on the small girl via video and blog have reached a feverish pitch every since Wolfgang Halbig began pretending his was "leaving" over "threats".

According to Memoryholeblog, Wolfgang Halbig received an email from "Jonathan Reich"  that warned Halbig to take down his content about the child:

It would appear the email is purporting to be from a Newtown resident since it states "Stay out of Newtown. Never come here again. Ever."  

ZeeRoe3 has admitted to impersonating Jonathan Reich in the past.

Sandy Hook Justice instantly blamed Sandy Hook Facts for the email; a categorically false and defamatory claim.  Sandy Hook Facts had nothing to do with it, whatsoever.

"We're gonna find Mr. Urbina"
The result of the email is an increase in the already feverish gang stalking of a Newtown child. That feverish gang stalking began last year when Wolfgang Halbig, live on air to a Alex Jones reporter promised he would "Find Mr. Urbina, Mr. Monte Frank, and Avielle Richman."

It is bone chilling to realize Wolfgang Halbig is threatening to "find" a deceased child.  Imagine if Wolfgang and the hoaxers believed your child was Avielle Richman? One family is experiencing that right now!  Hoaxers believe an innocent child, living in Newtown, is Avielle Richman.  And they are promising to find her.

Subsequent to that widely publicized InfoWars recorded threat, numerous articles were printed about the child.

Why are the hoaxers gang stalking this child and her family and exposing her to harm?

The girl bears a resemblance to Sandy Hook School victim, Avielle Richman.  While the Newtown girl is about 5 years older than Avielle and official proof of death of Avielle is available, hoaxers lack common sense and decency.  A slight resemblance is enough to justify stalking a child.

Stalking of a girl
Hoaxers are stalking a Newtown girl named Lenie U. (minors name redacted), who bears a slight resemblance to Avielle Richman.  It is shocking to me that in today's day and age, we are allowing the gang stalking of a small child; especially when some of those stalking the child are some filthy, corrupt, old men and predatory adult males.

Villages have always banded together to protect their children from monsters.  When are we going to band together and protect the children from hoaxers?  

Let's look at what some of the hoaxers are saying and doing.

Wolfgang Halbig:
Wolfgang Halbig leads the hoaxers against the child. In addition to the threat to "Find Mr. Urbina" above, Halbig post her photo dozens of times along with disgusting, filthy commentary. He demonstrates his obsession discussing the child in interview after interview. The man is vile.  In addition to all the filth this man spews, he apparently owns MonteFrank.com,

MonteFrank.com is a predatory website that is being used to coordinate the gang stalking of several people, including the child.  If Halbig is proven to be the owner, he should be in jail just for his website alone.

MonteFrank.com and Jonathan Reich
While Wolfgang Halbig is reportedly the owner of the website, and likely has content control, it is apparently authored by Jonathan Reich, according to Sandy Hook Hoax group leader Tony Mead (Hollywood, FL).  According to Tony, Reich, along with a "couple of others" authored the content regarding the little girl that was posted to MonteFrank.com.

Tony Mead was referencing the article "Monte Frank and Curtis Urbina have a lot of explaining to do"; a blog post made immediately after Halbig's threat to "find Mr. Urbina".

Jonathan Reich - Fugitive from Justice
Tony's claim that Jonathan Reich authors MonteFrank.com content would make sense considering Reich is wanted by Connecticut on a $100,000 warrant for harassment related to his conspiratorial Sandy Hook beliefs. This would certainly be inline with the proclivities alleged by Connecticut. That type of stalking seems right up his alley.

Whenever a terrorist strikes, MattyD rushes to put out a video to cover for their terrorist act while simultaneously pushing their message.    MattyD pushes their message nearly everyday and he pushes it hard.

MattyD, a rabid racist, has direct connections to numerous Sandy Hook Hoaxers.

Truck used in Nice Terror Attack Identified - Renault Midlum 270 DCi - Peekay debunked

Sandy Hook hoaxers have already declared the terrorist attacks in Nice, France a hoax.  84 people died according to the latest count here:

Sadly, the photos of the bloodied victims have been declared fake and the people declared "dummies".   Were the massacre in the USA, you could count on hoaxers harassing the victims.

As I pointed out in a previous post, Sandy Hook hoaxers are quickest to declare something a hoax if it aids Islamic terrorism or it helps covers up a Islamic terrorist attack.  The latest terrorist attack in Nice, France is no exception and actually proves my point; and the Sandy Hook hoaxers got to work immediately and numerous videos of pseudo analysis have been published.

One of the claims made by a particularly vile hoaxer (and victim predator) Peekay,  is that the video of the truck shows no damage. The video can be seen here:

Peekay follows hoaxer script in using video trickery to make the claim.

He shows several photos focusing on the left side of the tuck.  Since we can presume he knows his left from his right, we can reasonably state that this is part of his long standing pattern of intentional deception. Why wouldn't he focus on the right side of the truck if he was really researching the truck damage on the right side of the vehicle and why wouldn't he look at an undamaged truck for comparison?

The fact is Sandy Hook hoaxers use intentional deception to cover for ISIS terrorist to push their pro-terrorism agenda.

What type of truck is it?

I have not seen the make and model of the truck officially released yet and I only found one article attempt identifying the truck and that article gets it wrong. The article incorrectly identifies the truck at a Renault Midlum 220.12.
