Lenny Pozner, Veronique Dela Rosa, and Neil Heslin have filed suit against Alex Jones for his vicious attacks on them in the wake of the Sandy Hook shooting!

Alex Jones is the father of "crisis actor hoaxing" people into believing mass shootings are fake or in some cases, false flags.  There has never been a single piece of real evidence that any civilian mass shooting has ever been faked; therefore, Alex Jones comments are also malicious.  He makes them to intentionally harm and spread false information.

One major malicious lie Alex Jones tells is that Anderson Cooper's interview with Veronique was done in front of a "blue screen".  Alex Jones makes this claim, among others, to discredit the victims families and thus, spread doubt about the shooting itself.   Alex Jones goes so far as to claim expertise as proof that Veroniqe was using a blue screen. Alex Jones lies work and he hoaxers people into thinking Sandy Hook was a "FEMA drill" for gun control!  Alex Jones hoaxer lies are bread and butter gospel to the hoaxer!

In truth, Anderson Cooper has explained that he was in New York, about an hour away. After news broke, he went to Newtown and did the interview on location.  Obviously, setting up a blue screen would have been ridiculous.

German Press Discusses Sandy Hook and the victims of crime grief trolled by Hoaxers

Grief trolls we all know as Sandy Hook Hoaxers are beginning to receive international condemnation.

One of the largest newspapers in Germany, Süddeutsche Zeitung, with 1.1 million daily readers, has published an article discussing Lenny Pozner and his plight to protect the dignity and name of his murdered son.  The article also shines light on the Sandy Hook hoaxers.

Roughly translated, the title means "Noah's life no more".

  German speaking Youtuber Surfpurzel provided commentary and insight and some translation here:

"This article is not just [about] the attack. It's more about the the grief of Lenny Pozner and what hoaxtards did to him over the years".  She continues that this type of article is rare and most Germans are not aware that "there are trolls that go after grieving parents".

She explains how Lenny had "had enough of [hoaxer] lies" and uploaded 100 photos of Noah to his Google feed.

The article explains about the daily attacks and death threats he receives.

"Die Hoaxer"
The German term for the hoaxer has a ring to it!  "Die Hoaxer" is what Germany calls The Hoaxer.

It is not without some irony that the first hoaxer to be lambasted for their hoaxer grief trolling in German press was the German born hoaxer, Wolfgang Halbig.

The article introduces Halbig to his home country with a paragraph that translates:

Pozner believed at first that he could convince the conspiracy theoreticians. [He] tried it with official documents and photos.  He attempted to contact a person , who doubts particularly loud – Wolfgang Halbig, 70 years old, Germany born. Pozner wrote an email with the request for a discussion.
Halbig had gone before the local education committee in Newtown. He had 16 questions [and only] if these are satisfyingly answered, was he ready it to recognize the official version of the story.
One of Halbigs questions read "Why parents of those two children who died in the hospital, have refused to donate their organs?"
 
To the email of Lenny Pozner, Halbig answered:  "Wolfgang does not want to speak with you, it is, you exhumes the body of Noah and proves to the world that you lost your son. 

How disgusting can Halbig be? Really.  I'm very glad to see the German news source for 1.1 million Germans disgusted by this man and exposing him for what he is.

Sandy Hook Hoax Hoaxers - What kind of people are these?

The most important article exposing the true hoaxer to the main stream has been published.  This article is must read for anyone who has been a part of this battle.

Those of us involved in this know that the hoaxers are much worse than this article describes; but how much can really be put in one article?  This is a first bite of a multi-course meal of filth and dishonesty that is the Sandy Hook Hoaxer.

One point from the article and a little back story.  The author wrote: 

After Halbig learned of the complaint, he tried calling Pozner several times, leaving messages on his voicemail. He sounded alarmed, and said it was “urgent” that they speak. Halbig denies reaching out, but Pozner saved the voicemails and phone records from that period. I asked Halbig about the discrepancy. “That’s very strange,” he told me. “Never called him in my life.”

Unbeknownst to Halbig, the author, Mike Spies (@mikespiesnyc) had already listened to the voice mails Halbig had left Pozner; indeed, the author was thorough with his homework on Halbig and Halbigs support group, Sandy Hook Hoax Group. I wish I could have seen Mike's face while Halbig was lying.  Lying, exactly as Mike Spies had been told Halbig would lie.

I'm reminded of this video I saw on Youtube called "Halbig Stop Lying" (caution bad language)

Catching Halbig in a bald face lie confirmed Halbig was not an honest man; caught in yet another whopper.  Nothing new to us at Sandy Hook Facts, but it's nice when an outside source sees what we have been saying.

The author also wrote:

It was around this time that Pozner began to fight back. Halbig’s sandyhookjustice.com had by then drawn a benificent counterbalance, blogs like sandyhookfacts.com, devoted to debunking every crackpot claim put forward by the hoaxers, whom they referred to as “conspiratards.” Pozner began to work with the blogs’ authors, who had no connection to Newtown or its residents, beyond a shared disgust with Halbig’s campaign. “This became my catharsis, my path to healing,” Pozner says. “It was how I was getting the pain out of me.”

Voice of Dissent Interviews a Parent

This is a very touching podcast by Voice of Dissent. VOD interviews a parent who lost a child to natural causes who parallels that experience with those who lost their children at Sandy Hook.  This is ever more interesting in light of the fact that parent seems to be learning the true nature of many of these hoaxers; so that perspective is added as well.

This parent also demonstrates the stark reality of what happens when the police close a crime scene .  This is also demonstrated during every school shooting; the police always seal off the school.

Well worth a listen.  

Sandy Hook Justice Hit with another Copyright Strike

Just in case Sandy Hook Hoaxers missed it, violating copyright is a FEDERAL OFFENSE.

As Wolfgang Halbig continues to threaten everyone within earshot with lawsuits, it appears his official channel has been again slapped with a copyright strike.

This means Wolfgang Halbig's official channel is likely teetering on a LIFE TIME ban from the worlds largest video host service.

This type of activity is nothing new for the Sandy Hook Justice website; if you recall, I reported their previous copyright strikes here:

In that case, the owner of the intellectual property fumed:

"I am getting f-ing sick and tired of people stealing my work.   Why is it necessary for them to download it and put their name on it when all they have to do is share this one if they want to get out the information??" --Mert Melfa

Thomas Lapp, Halbig's associate, became unhinged fuming back at the property owner:

What is your problem man? I thought David Weiss got this sorted out with you. You filed a copyright strike against the official channel of WolfgangHalbig himself! 

Apparently, Lapp believes that since it's "Wolfgang", the channel has an innate right other peoples stuff.


Moreover, it appears Wolfgang's Channel did not learn the lesson from the strike since the channel is again accused uploading videos containing the intellectual property of other companies.

About one month has passed since Halbig promised his lawsuit; it appears the only thing he has produced is the possibility of getting sued himself... or worse, carried away by federal marshals in a black SUV for violating very serious federal laws.

Did you know that innocent family photos and videos are stolen from social media accounts and used, without permission, in video productions and blog posts?  These blogs and videos are put together by cretins, perverts, and wide-eyed conspiracy theorists. After stealing families photos and videos, these online predators package them, photoshop them, twist them, and then present them as part of sociopathic conspiracy theory, replete with running nonsensical commentary. These predators also publish these videos and photos in secret online gang stalking groups where they hold secret sessions and plot their next victims.

Further, these online predators monetize their videos, sell DVDs, and fund raise using innocent peoples unauthorized and stolen material. Some amateur documentarians make thousands of dollars stealing your property as they push "Hoax!"

Your photos are your intellectual property.
 Your videos are your intellectual property. 

 You have a right to privacy.

And you do not need to be a victim

 of online gangs of the mentally disturbed.

Let's take a few examples, such as what I present in my "Sandy Hook Hoax Grave Stalkers" video.

For example, one well published public figure and film maker of numerous amateur documentaries on several wacky conspiracy theories, including "Boston Bombing hoax" and "Sandy Hook hoax". As an example, here, she appears to have snagged nearly the ENTIRETY of an Facebook account of an innocent person with screen capture software and begains comparing the person to a deceased child. The goal is quite sick: prove the deceased child is alive and is this random person.  The maker  claims her "recognition skills"enable her to find the dead, alive.  The film maker alsowent so far as to create a series called "The Not So Dead" where she repeats this behavior over and over, even with minor children.

Obviously, these conspiracy theorist will not not seek your permission if  they decide to use the photos or videos of your child to support some preposterous delusion.

HONR Network has banded together with dedicated friends and allies to help monitor the hateful groups violating peoples rights and stalking victims of high profile crime.

Invading Privacy:

One example, of many, of Kozak victimizing innocent people.

Many Youtubers no problem invading your privacy and posting you and your entire families address, phone numbers, children's school location, and your place of employment and putting this information in videos and publishing that content to their internet groups and on the internet. 

You can bet that you would not  want your home and child's school information published to Youtubers.

Theft of Intellectual Property

You do NOT have to stand by and allow these people to steal your stuff and you especially do not have to allow them to profit off of them.

You have rights!  They can be exercised.
