Jim Fetzer's second home could become the property of Lenny Pozner.
A hearing has been set where it is anticipated Lenny Pozner will acquire James Fetzer's second home to compensate a small portion of just debt he owes Lenny
Let that sink in. James Fetzer's flock of lies could finally cost him because real property could be seized by the sheriff and handed to Lenny; a hearing on that issue is set for June 11, 2020.
A brief recap of Lenny's total legal victory over James Fetzer is as follows:
Jim Fetzer and his Sandy Hook Hoaxers
For years, hoaxers like James Fetzer openly used demonstrably false statements to bolster their claim that Sandy Hook was hoax. They did so not to "asking questions" but for financial gain and internet fame. Jim Fetzer as a hoaxer; hoaxes people with fabrication into believing his position then pockets the cash with book sales while basking in his notoriety.
"Raise their right hand"
The hoaxers also raised money pretending that if they got a Sandy Hook victim into court, they would get him or her to "raise their right hand" and they would use their "evidence" to prove Sandy Hook was a hoax. Well the hoaxers did succeed at getting themselves into court; however, that was their only legal success. Lawsuit losses and jail riddle the hoaxer ranks. The likes of hoaxers Jonathan Reich, "Sidethorn and Granny" jailed. Wolfgang Halbig has the distinction of getting put in jail and being destroyed in lawsuits. Fetzer, thus far, has narrowly avoided handcuffs; but that may soon change.
"Hoaxer evidence"
As this blog as repeatedly proven, most hoaxer "evidence" is blatantly fabricated and/or photoshopped. The rest isn't "evidence" at all. It is supposition, delusion, and wide-eyed fantasy. As this blog wrote November, 2015 of Jim Fetzer's book:
Lenny Pozner grew tired of Jim Fetzer's constant vicious lies and in November 2018, he filed a lawsuit in Jim Fetzer's own backyard, Dane County, Wisconsin.

It should be noted that in the course of these court proceedings, Lenny offered mountains of real evidence: certified birth certificates,certified death certificates and reports, DNA evidence, the deposition of Dr. Carver and other real experts, and his own deposition. Lenny raised his right hand.
Fetzer, for his part, completely failed to offer any evidence whatsoever to rebut Lenny's mountain of proof. His attempts to beguile the court with looped youtube videos, lies, and irrational claims of a "Lenny impostor" were simply laughable and the court would have none of it.
No trial of fact needed
The court found that was not even a single trialable issue of fact. No argument that Jim Fetzer had offered was even worth a trial or further court consideration. Not one. The court granted total summary judgement on every point made by Lenny except one; the amount of money Jim Fetzer would be paying Lenny Pozner.
....Defendant Fetzer and Defendant Palecek defamed Plaintiff by publishing the following statements in the 2016 edition of NOBODY DIED AT SANDY HOOK:
“Noah Pozner’s death certificate is a fake, which we have proven on a dozen or more grounds.” “[Mr. Pozner] sent her a death certificate, which turned out to be a fabrication.” “As many Sandy Hook researchers are aware, the very document Pozner circulated in 2014, with its inconsistent tones, fonts, and clear digital manipulation, was clearly a forgery.” Plaintiff’s Motion additionally sought Summary Judgment that Defendant Fetzer defamed Plaintiff by publishing the following statement from a 2018 blog post: “It [N.P.’s death certificate] turned out to be a fabrication, with the bottom half of a real death certificate and the top half of a fake, with no file number and the wrong estimated time of death at 11 AM, when ‘officially’ the shooting took place between 9:35-9:40 that morning.”
Another appeal may be pending; doubtless that will be lost.
Jail for Contempt
Jim Fetzer was found in contempt for violating the Court's orders and given five days jail. His five days in jail was stayed if he paid Lenny $7,000. Restraining Order
A permanent injunction was issued preventing Fetzer from repeating his lies at issue in this trial. Attorney fees could approach a million dollars; however, that is an ongoing undecided matter.
Real property to go to Lenny
In a few days, Fetzer's second property is on the chopping block to help pay some of the money Fetzer owes Lenny. This is historic in that it would be the first real property taken from a hoaxer for their mountain of lies.

Sandy Hook Hoax has not only been debunked, it has been proven to be pushed with fraudulent intent. That is to say that in many cases, it can be demonstrated the the pushers of the information are knowingly pushing false information. This article shows the top ten proofs the claim that "Sandy Hook was a hoax" is nothing but a fraud.
One must first understand that there is not a single piece of court admissible evidence of hoax for any mass shooting in the USA, ever. There has never been a single piece of evidence of hoax produced and there has never been a whistle blower.
In this article I will present the top ten proofs Sandy Hook hoax is not only completely debunked, the memes pushed are total fakery.
Proof 1: Misrepresenting and manipulating videos"Everyone must check in" & "Walking in Circles"
From Alex Jones to nearly every hoax video published, two videos are used to hook people into believing hoax. Both videos are knowingly and fraudulently represented by the Sandy Hook hoax leadership as they are aware the videos have long been debunked.
Gene Rosen's interview in the front the "Everyone Must Check-In" sign is core hoaxer lore. The hoaxers use it to suggest that the sign is proof of a drill on the morning of the shooting, directing the "participants" to check in before the shooting. "Everyone must check" debunked as fraudulent
Everyone must check in" was debunked as fraudulent by CW Wade on March 24, 2014; a debunking that sent shock waves through the hoaxer community. Their tricks had been outted! The trickery is obvious. The interview with Gene Rosen in front of the flashing sign was conducted days after the shooting; yet the hoaxers snip the video or push the photo to represent that the sign was there on the morning of the shooting, Friday. That is false. It was delivered to help control the press late Saturday or early Sunday.

Another popular hoax video concept that is used to trick people into believing hoax is the claim that "Everyone was walking in circles" at the fire house. Alex Jones uses a modified and even more fraudulent version of the claim; falsely stating the "kids are walking in circles".
The fraud was exposed when it was proven the hoaxers looped the video, added "going in circles music", and photoshopped arrows. A total fakery!
The hoaxer video "We need to talk about Sandy Hook" pushed the theory as true, despite the fact the Nazi supporter Peter Klein (aka Tyranny News Network) looped the video 18 times in the film, while claiming authenticity!
Alex Jones directly lied about this in his Megyn Kelly interview.
The jury found that James Tracy was fired over insubordination.
What James Tracy has been hiding from his followers is that it was Jim Fetzer that cost him his job!
Those of us who know hoaxers like James Tracy know how vile they are, so frankly, I think FAU simply didn't want him around. Who would? He should have been terminated because he should not be allowed to spread his filth as "education". Nonetheless, when Tracy gave FAU legal cause to terminate (Tracy refused to comply with his contractual agreement), they jumped on the chance to give him the boot!
At this time, Tracy is seeking to overturn the jury verdict. His Sandy Hook hoaxer attorney Louis Leo filed motions begging the judge to disregard the jury and rule for James Tracy because the jury "ignored" the evidence.
At trial, FAU proved Tracy was fired for his rank insubordination because Tracy omitted material facts in disclosures Tracy was contractually obligated to file.
This big nail in the Tracy's career coffin?
James Tracy refused to divulge the fact he authored Memory Hole Blog and co-authored Fetzer's "Nobody Died at Sandy Hook" book.
Here is the relevant page from FAU's response. FAU specifically notes he was given an extension to December 14, 2015 to file his disclosures. When Tracy did file the disclosures, he omitted his authorship of "Nobody Died at Sandy Hook".
Jim Fetzer went around collecting debunked articles to assimilate into a "book" co-authored by numerous "professors and scholars". Fetzer then pocketed the cash for himself, laughing all the way to the bank. Jim Fetzer's hoax on the hoaxers, pretending a bunch of "scholars got together and co-wrote a book" cost James Tracy his job!
When James Tracy didn't divulge he "co-authored" the for profit book "Nobody Died at Sandy Hook", FAU had sufficient cause to terminate.
FAU is currently seeking costs, seeking over $43,000 in costs including "$69.96" for purchasing copies of "Nobody Died at Sandy Hook".
Jim Fetzer's book has not only been debunked, but it has been proven to fraudulently edited and filled with intentional disinformation.
Sandy Hook "Children not listed in the Social Security Death Index" SSDI - DEBUNKED.

The Hoaxers claim the Sandy Hook Victims are not listed in the Social Security Death Index (SSDI) as one of their main "proofs" the massacre was a "hoax".
The hoaxers are doing what they do; they are hoaxing; the victims are listed is the SSDI.
The SSDI is the official government index of deaths in the USA and is publicly available for a fee and application to "subscribers". Genealogy websites pay the fee and jump through the "subscriber" hoops to get access and then make that information to the public, usually for a fee.
It needs to be said that the index is notorious for errors and delays in updating and the list is updated often. Subscribers who offer it for a fee must pay for the updates each time.
How this Hoax Works
Hoaxers accomplished their manipulation of the truth by simply checking the listing before the 2012 deaths were added to the public listing. By law, names are not on the public SSDI until three years after the death. The three year delay is to prevent identity fraud.
Since the deaths from the shooting happened in 2012, the listings were first available in 2015. All the hoaxers had to do was search it before then; then run around pretending their fake search means no deaths occurred. Devious right? And yes, the hoaxers always forget to tell their hoaxer flock that the records could not be released before 2015. The Hoaxers
The main purveyors of this false claims are two professors who changed their professions from educators to hoaxer liars and propagandists, Jim Fetzer and Maria Hsia Chang (aka Dr. Eowyn).
The book claim is as follows
"What if I were to tell you that the Death Master File does NOT contain the SSDIs for any of Adam Lanza’s victims?" -- "Dr Eowyn"
The book claims of the Social Security Death Index (SSDI) :
You are invited to search all of these records for the putative ‘victims’ of the Sandy Hook massacre. The children should all be 6 to 7 years old (“born” 2005-2006), and should have “died” in 2012. The adult “victims” appear in the appendix.
I did just that and can verify the claim that none of Adam Lanza’s victims is in Social Security’s Death Master File.
In December 2015, after the three year wait period, Sandy Hook Facts accepted Jim Fetzer's challenge and searched the index via Ancestory.com. The result? The hoaxers were soundly debunked.
Goal Post Moved
While the hoaxers used geneolgy websites for their proof, they didn't like it when I used them to debunk them. So they moved the goal post declaring that the online geneology sites were "tampered" with and we needed to search the Raw Data. Apparently, they thought Sandy Hook Facts would not get a copy. Well...
SSDI Raw Data -Update - Sandy Hook Facts has acquired the actual Raw SSDI Death Master Index files (May 2013 release). There are 3 delimited text files that are about 2.8 gigs each. Search Results are included below, added to the previous inquiry through Geneaology.com.
The official file contains the social security number of decedents. While the victim's social security number is now public record, I will redact it for privacy purposes with this blog (exception: Adam Lanza and Nancy Lanza Social Security Death Index listing).
The SSN's debunk any claim that the victims did not have a SSN.
Each index is in Social Security Number order with file 1 being the lowest Social Security number and file 3, the highest numbers.
A note on the search results.
Ancestory.com lists every victim returned with their listing in the Connecticut's Death Index file. Each Connecticut Index was substantially similar to this:

I've been sitting on this information for awhile; however, I am getting ready to update the main SHF Website and want to include this photo in my scrolling pictures so I need to publish some of the information I have discovered.
I will complete my more detailed analysis of these events at a later time and likely via video.
Many hoaxers, such as Jim Fetzer, claim that the photos are from a drill in October. While that is idiotic disinformation on it's face, I wanted to point out that the evacuation of children is occurring with at least one photographed officer taking a position of cover, protecting the children.

If you look closely, you can see Newtown Officer William Hull in the background. Officer Hull was on an extra duty assignment prior to responding.
The latest hoaxer "buzz" is from Fellowship of the Minds (FOTM). The hoaxer claim is that the funeral home that cremated the Sandy Hook Shooter (Hartford Trade Service) was out of business in 2011 and the business is dissolved. (Death Certificate below).
Of course, without a single bit of fact checking, Sandy Hook Hoax Group spread FOTM's disinformation, and their weak-minded cult like followers gobbled it up. I have no doubt James Tracy or Wolfgang will be next to jump on board, once they figure out how to raise donations off of the lie.

Lie #2 & 3 - The Corporation is dissolved and not owned by Kevin Davidson:
Kevin wasn’t there, but a male assistant was, who insisted that River Bend Funeral Home’s owner is Kevin Davidson, not Kevin Riley. Here’s Kevin Davidson’s business card, identifying him as the owner of Hartford Trade Service:
The only problem is this: The website ConnecticutCorps: Company Profiles of Connecticut, has Kevin Riley as the owner of River Bend Funeral Home,
623 Main St., East Hartford, CT 06108 — which means the assistant lied.

As verified by the Connecticut Secretary of State, when the business changed owner in 2011, Kevin Davidson became the owner. The corporation is not dissolved and Hartford Trade Service is a validly operating business.

Hoaxers move from fraudulent meme to fraudulent meme as their "evidence" Sandy Hook was a "hoax".
The latest meme claims: "Sandy Hook parent has been caught playing the part of a FBI Agent" at Sandy Hook. The claim has been not only debunked, but exposed as a fraud. The hoaxers, yet again, deliberately withheld information by snipping the complete footage that would have proven the meme false.
The claim itself is absurd on it's face. David Wheeler, father of Benjamin Wheeler, a first grader who was killed during the Sandy Hook Shooting, is purpotedly not really a parent, but actually an actor who plays both "David Wheeler" and an FBI SWAT Sniper. Why the FBI would use an actor to portray a FBI agent is never quite explained by the insane, abusive conspiracy theorists:
The fraud was exposed when the SWAT/Sniper was identified as Special Agent William Aldenberg of the New Haven Division of the FBI.
Jim Fetzer's book "Nobody Died at Sandy Sandy" dedicates an entire chapter (Chapter 9) to one his main "proofs" to show that "no one died at Sandy Hook"; Fetzer contends the victims are not listed in the US Governments Social Security Death Index.

Jonathan failed to appear in court on 11-25-15 and Connecticut has announced that his rearrest has been ordered.
The state's notification system stated "This e-mail is to inform you about a change involving the defendant
JONATHAN REICH and docket number H14HCR130116876T. This defendant did
not come to court and a warrant for this defendant's arrest is being
processed."
I was going to blog the warrant yesterday; however a very odd exchange occurred after Sandy Hook Facts announced Reich's warrant via Google Plus feed; Jonathan's partner "Sleight of Sin" came rushing to his aid stating Connecticut did not have the "balls to issue the warrant". Another poster, "Jon Doe" stated the "Warrant is illegal" and to "check facts":
These were curious responses and prudence dictated I wait to see if perhaps there was an error in the state's notification. This morning the Connecticut Judicial website clearly shows Reich's rearrest has indeed been ordered, and therefore it can be reported that Connecticut does "have the balls" to issue the warrant for Reich's arrest:

Explosive eBook Biography of Wolfgang Halbig has been released
What appears to be a professional quality eBook titled "Wolfgang Halbig: The Hoax of a Lifetime" has been published that sheds new light on this very public figure and undisputed, famous leader of the "Hoaxer Movement".Details and facts on Wolfgang that have never before been revealed are included. The book also raises some very serious questions as it appears Wolfgang's resume might not be complete. Currently no author is claiming credit for the explosive, exhaustive, tell-all book.
Wolfgang Halbig has often challenged people "Look into my background" and it appears that has been done, in spades.
Sandy Hook Facts is still evaluating the exhaustive research in the book and will write a full review soon. At this point it is not even clear if the book is complete as sections appear to be missing.

New Video proves Photo Manipulation as Part of Fetzer's Sandy Hook book.
Sandy Hook Facts published proof that brutally debunks Fetzer's book "No One Died at Sandy Hook" proving manipulated photos were used to support their ridiculous contrived claims.
A poster claiming to be Alan Powell, the co-author of the section of photos that were manipulated, attacked the video on Youtube; however, when he refused to answer our questions as to why he and Fetzer were claiming the photos they used were "leaked by an insider" (they aren't leaked photos they are from the report) and it appeared the poster was just an unstable, ridiculous, internet troll, we banned him from further comments.
Wolfgang's posts getting stranger and stranger
Wolfgang continued his pattern of increasingly bizarre postings; yesterday making the claim that: (copy/pasted as typed by Wolfgang Halbig)
"These people have Inflicted serious Emtional Distress on my sons, all of my relatives and my grandchildren. They call me a Jew Killer, Jew Killer of babies, Nazi over and over againg and now I am the Nazi leaders in CT hurting innocent family memebrs who had children that supposedly died at sandy Hook."
This post is even more bizarre considering to my knowledge, no one has ever said these things about Wolfgang Halbig. Ever. So where is he getting these claims? Who is calling Wolfgang these names and where can we see them? Are these voices in his head?

As shown, Wolfgang Halbig continues to post what has been thought to be a parody photo of himself in Nazi garb. Halbig's purpose for near daily republishing this photo is unclear. Sandy Hook Facts counts that Wolfgang has republished this photo no less than 10 times in few short weeks. The origins of the parody picture remain unknown.
The post comes on the heals of Sandy Hook Facts releasing proof the details of "Exhibit O" was discussed by Halbig's Attorney, Kay Wilson, in an InfoWars interview, the exhibit was handled by Wolfgang at his hearing, and submitted into evidence. The video soundly debunks Wolfgang's claim he 'never saw Exhibit O". Sandy Hook Justices' webmaster, Jonathan Reich, recently published slanderous videos that suggest Sandy Hook Facts forged Exhibit O.

It appears Fetzer's book is no longer on Amazon.com. It is believed that Amazon may be taking a stand against Hoaxers attempting to profit by telling lies and spreading disinformation about the murder of children and teachers on 12-14-12.
Web companies are historically very unpredictable, as such, we are still working to confirm that the removal is permanent. We certainly hope so. Cover to cover, the book is an intentional attempt to change history and derail anyone searching for truth.
Four-five other Sandy Hook disinfo titles have also been removed. At this time, Halbig's latest GoFundMe campaign appears down as well.
Internet giants like these companies need to take a stand and discontinue profiteering off of lies about these murders. At a time when it is so rare to see big corporations put morality before profits, Amazon and GoFundMe appear to be a refreshing change.
*Update 11-20-15 While it appears Fetzer's book has been removed, there are still several "Sandy Hook Hoax" titles" available on Amazon. In other words, there remains work to be done.
James Fetzer's "Nobody Died At Sandy Hook: It wasn't a School Massacre. It was a FEMA drill"
is nothing but a work of fiction.
First a quick review:
Jim Fetzer's Sandy Hook book with the "roll your eyes" title of "Nobody Died At Sandy Hook: It wasn't a School Massacre. It was a FEMA drill" is a horribly edited 400 pages of copy pasted blog posts of varying degrees of illrepute. The substance of this book is freely online as blog posts, but for a simple google search. There is nothing new to be gleamed from the book; in fact, most of it was debunked long ago.
Desipite the fact Fetzer wants to charge you nearly $20 for this book, he did not think his readers were worth a professional editor, and it shows. The book is filled with unaligned pages, grammar errors, and typos.
The roots of this book hail primarily from the thoroughly discredited pages of Veteran's Today and from the cartoonish blog work of so-called "Dr. Eowyn (the name of a fictional Lord of the Rings character), thus there is not a single source that could be considered credible.
The writers lack of credibility could have been mitigated if they actually put in some effort to present a fact based case. Instead, the book presents Jim Fetzer's wild conclusions, devoid of rational logical basis for that conclusion. The reader must "take it by faith", because Jim Fetzer fails to present facts.
Therefore, I present an analysis demonstrating why Fetzer's book is nothing more than poorly contrived fiction.
Note, these are ordered in the order I researched them; the order itself is not an indicator.
Jim Fetzer is held accountable for all the misinformation in the book, as the book's author, regardless of which ghost writer he claims actually wrote the particular piece he is presenting. It's his book and his reputation on the line.
Number 1: Shannon Hicks' photos.
Fetzer claims Shannon Hicks' photos from the Newtown Bee were staged. To make his case, he claims the children were "rearranged" and the photograph retaken.
Fetzer's so called "evidence" that the photos are faked is easily debunked because Fetzer is using sleight of hand trickery (read: lie) to make his case. Fetzer's trick is to use blurry versions of the photos, upon which he analyzes only two children. Obviously, if the photos were of children rearranged, one would be able to point to all the children in both photos. However, lets give him Fetzer his due and examine his offer of proof at face value. This is a screen shot of Fetzer's book:
This screen shot suggests Fetzer intentionally blurred the photos because you barely can read the original caption. Fetzer repeats this trickery throughout the book.

Using blurry photos to make their case is old-hat tricks of long-time hoaxers like Fetzer. Since clear photos are available on countless websites, it's obvious Fetzer was intentionally using blurry photos as a means of deception.
Let's look at clear photos of the four children at issue in the book:
Different shoes, sweatshirt, and hair jump immediately out, proving Fetzer's "hoax". The face is even obviously different. As a side note, one of the hoaxer claims is that the teachers in the back ground are sitting on law chairs; by looking at clear photos (right photo), you can see both teachers legs; both are clearly standing. To be fair, Fetzer did not include that particular hoaxer lie in the book, as far as I know.
Second boy.
Fezter's second offer of proof quite obviously quite ridiculous. While the two boys are wearing a similar grey sweatshirt, that is where the similarities end. The hair, face, pants, brow, and shoes are quite different.
Fetzer has failed to make a rational case the photos are staged; moreover, he intentionally used blurry photos when clear photos are readily available. One can only conclude these segments in the book (repeated a few times) were nothing short of intentional deception by Fezter..
Number 2: "No internet activity at Sandy Hook School".
According to Fetzer, the most compelling evidence Sandy Hook School has been abandoned with the lack of internet activity "according to Wayback Machine".
So let's look at the most compelling piece of evidence the hoaxer's have after nearly 3 years of digging into Sandy Hook. Incidentally, SHF and others debunked Fetzer on this point long ago; however, he still chose to intentionally mislead people in his book.
The obvious debunking is in order. The Wayback machine DOES NOT monitor internet activity from a given facility. The Wayback Machine crawls and archives webpages. It has nothing to do with "internet usage" of a facility. This is common knowledge; so Fetzer is simply intentionally passing along misinformation.

Secondarily, Fetzer fails to mention that Sandy Hook School changed websites at least 3 times, thus accounting for most periods of inactivity. Fetzer only examines one of the websites. However, the primary debunking is shown when examining all of Newtown's schools. From Metabunk:
Any website can change their settings to exclude archiving from Wayback Machine. Considering ALL Newtown School's are missing certain periods of time, its obvious the district webmasters disabled archiving.
In any event Fetzer's claim that there is no "internet activity" is false on it's face and in fact flies in the face of logic because the Wayback machine simply does not measure internet activity. One wonders, why there is significant presence of Apple IPAD's and Laptops within the school, if in fact there was no internet usage.
It appears the hoaxer's "most compelling evidence" is rather flat and easily debunked.

Number 3: The "check-in sign" returns as one of Fetzer's main lies
One of the most over debunked aspects of the "Sandy Hook Hoax" claims is the Gene Rosen "Check-in Sign". See two videos below.
For his book, Fetzer finally concedes the interview was well after the day of the shooting (heretofore, Fetzer pushed the lie that the check-in sign was there on the morning of 12-14-12, thus proving drill).
However, instead of simpling acknowledging that Mr. Rosen walked out of his house door about 50 yards and conducted a live, on air interview on December 18, 2012, Fetzer invents a new lie. He claims the news went through the trouble to "green-screen" the interview. Logic demands to know why they would need to green screen something filmed a few short feet from Mr. Rosen's house; however, even setting that aside, it is fair to let Fetzer present his case.
Fetzer's offer of proof:
Nothing. Literally, not a single word to support his claim. It is never discussed, much less proved in a scientific manner.
A search of the book shows the words "Green screen" is found on pages 57 (Screen shot above) , page 66 (merely repeating the one sentence claim) , Page 73 (discussing Anderson Cooper) and a reference to a ridiculous youtube video that fails to show a green screen on page 92. That is it! No evidence, no discussion, no analysis, no offer of proof. Nothing.
Fetzer simply concludes with one sentence, in a very "un-professor" like manner; merely decreeing it to be so. The "check-in sign" has been over debunked and further nod toward this absurdity requires a faith based religious belief called: "I believe what Jim Fetzer says without evidence or analysis".
Number 4 "Officer Destroys Evidence"
Fetzer claims "the policeman handles the gun without gloves and ejects the ammunition on the spot, destroying evidence in the process"
Fetzer's contention is again made using photo trickery.
The officer is quite obviously wearing white latex or exam type gloves, but you must look beyond the one photo Fetzer decided to show. The officer's pinkish skin tone contrasted against the white latex type gloves on the officer's hands is obvious throughout the video.

Number 5: Newtown Bee Video uploaded on the 13th
This recycled and long debunked claim was thoroughly debunked by Sandy Hook Facts when debunking "We need to talk about Sandy Hook". This video proves without a shadow of a doubt that Youtube's server time stamps are not indicative of the upload date, as they often have the date 1 day prior due to server related issues.

Number 6 Countless conclusions without supporting evidence, ridiculous photo analysis
Throughout the book, Fetzer makes wild claims and conclusions without providing basis for his conclusions. A few examples are here:
Does Fetzer offer proof that there is "pretend blood"? No. Simply a conclusion, without analysis. Indeed, the report found that it was in fact blood.
Fetzer offers no basis for concluding it is "pretend blood".
Fetzer claims the photo is a DHS/FEMA photo. His basis for that claim? None. It is simply a lie to lead viewers to the conclusion in line with the title of his book, that it was a "FEMA Drill". In fact, the photo was taken by Detective Ryan Luther of the Connecticut State Police, along with hundreds of other crime scene photos available in the report (titled Sec - 5 BackUp Scene 1).
Fetzer goes on to claim the photo does not show the color of "dried human blood". His support of that claim? Nothing. A google search reveals hundreds of photos of dried human blood and quite obviously the blood can been any number of shades from a dark brown to an exact match of the above.
Fetzer also states "There is no corpse wearing polka-dot pajamas". The photos depict the crime scene as it was searched and processed in varying states. And while the answer to his claim is obvious, the photo was taken after the corpse was removed, at a minimum Fetzer finally typed a true statement. As a matter of fact, the report describes these photos as "closing photos", showing the processing is nearly complete.
"Top of Bed" lie
Fetzer's conclusion of this photo is that it is "captured to causally". One wonders how that conclusion is reached; however, if we set that aside and analyze his claim, that the photo "captures the top of the bed" sans "corpse, head, or staining", then we realize that Fetzer is again misleading his readers. The photo shows a reflection of the end of the bed.
The "Top of the bed" is against the wall, and has a headboard. In fact, Fetzer debunks his own claim with Photo 665, shown in Fetzer's blurry version above. This is an actual screen shot of the photo showing the mirrors, bed, and head board.
Here Fetzer claims there is no protective gear on the photographer.
A white protective suit and gloves are clearly seen; however, Fetzer's analysis defies logic.
Number 7: Outdated electronics at Yogananda
Fetzer makes the claim and offers his proof. Once again Fetzer resorts to his near patented "blur photo and then misinform my reader" method of analysis; however, his best offer of proof is the photo of a Brother Copy/Print/Fax
Fortunately, the report provided clear photos. The machine is a Brother MFC-J825DW.
The printer was released in late 2011, as indicated by numerous product reviews.

Number 8: "We have the FEMA Manual".
Fetzer's book proclaims, yelling at you, furiously typing with caps lock on :
"WE HAVE THE FEMA MANUAL. It stipulates that everyone must register and that
refreshments and restrooms will be provided. Some participants did not realize that the official event was not until the 14th:"
The entire "manual" is even included as Appendix A.
There are a few problems with this manual. First and foremost, it's a complete fake and debunked long ago here:
The document creator made a number of mistakes when creating their forgery, such as not realizing how government emails are formed: ("@ct.gove")
The manual's reference to "check-in" on December 14 has been debunked to pieces. The Code 3 (lights and sirens) response of to the Sandy Hook Shooting, including Dash Cam Footage, is abundant. Obiviously, you don't drive to a drill Code 3. Nor was the activity at the school like a drill, which would most importantly include weapon safety checks.
The "manual" has never been located on a government server or authenticated in any way. Ever.

Tony Mead and Sandy Hook Hoax Group have no credibility, especially since they have brought you such classic fake evidence offerings as the "Flex-fit hat" debacle, and also, along with Wolfgang Halbig, claiming a Connecticut State Police Sergeant is a EMS Region 1 Director and "Homeland Security Award Winner" named Robert Kenny was present on scene dressed as a police officer. In truth, the Officer's name was learned to be CSP Sergeant Troy Anderson.
The very first location of this document was a surefire website hosted by Tony Mead:

Fetzer's offer of proof that the document is authentic? None. He has none. He declares it. The manual is fake.
Number 9 Death Certificates are either "fake" or "not available".
While it is true that in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook Shooting, Newtown's overwhelmed Town Clerk did with hold release of the certificates. The certificates have been available for quite some time. You can order one today and this has been verified.
Sandy Hook Facts has personally ordered and received a embossed certified copy of the Adam Lanza's death certificate; Death Certificates are readily available in Connecticut by following their procedure. They are not confidential and the public can get a copy that includes everything except a Social Security number.

The death certificates cost $20. Newtown was quick to respond; it only took a couple of weeks total turn around time.
Three death certificates are also available through Danbury because 2 victims were pronounced there and one of the victims lived in Danbury.
Therefore, you have your choice of where you can make your order.
The claim the death certificates are "fake" have no basis in reality since any doubter can simply order their own copy from Newtown, or in some cases, from Danbury. Fetzer has been challenged to order copies for himself (you know, real research). Thus far, he has chosen to cower from that challenge.
Number 10 The Sandy Hook School photo was taken in the morning
Jim Fetzer declares this photo his "decisive proof beyond a reasonable doubt" because he claims the photo was taken on the morning of the 14th. What is his offer of proof? He has none.
Jim Fetzer's "decisive proof beyond a reasonable doubt" has been debunked by the irrepressible Mike Flagg and by a Truther named Joel on the channel AryanEmpires.
Jim Fetzer's book is filled with illogical premise, flawed analysis, conclusion without any analysis whatsoever, overtly fabricated "evidence", and intentional misinformation, and therefore, should be relegated to the fiction section and would be better suited as a liner for a bird cage than as research into the Sandy Hook tragedy.
