There are no charges related to carrying a firearm. Since that information comes from a resident with knowledge of the incident so I will leave it as it is for now. It is very likely that if Ussery was armed, it was, legal in Texas.

I have received word that there were possibly six charges, including terroristic threats,  and resisting arrest!

I spoke with the Wilson County Sheriff's Department and they could not provide details because he had just been booked, recommending I call back on Tuesday. Online inmate information confirms they are both currently in custody.

A resident reports that Robert Ussery and Jodie Mann were at the Baptist Church when Ussery began threatening the Pastor and on scene deputies.

Truck used in Nice Terror Attack Identified - Renault Midlum 270 DCi - Peekay debunked

Sandy Hook hoaxers have already declared the terrorist attacks in Nice, France a hoax.  84 people died according to the latest count here:

Sadly, the photos of the bloodied victims have been declared fake and the people declared "dummies".   Were the massacre in the USA, you could count on hoaxers harassing the victims.

As I pointed out in a previous post, Sandy Hook hoaxers are quickest to declare something a hoax if it aids Islamic terrorism or it helps covers up a Islamic terrorist attack.  The latest terrorist attack in Nice, France is no exception and actually proves my point; and the Sandy Hook hoaxers got to work immediately and numerous videos of pseudo analysis have been published.

One of the claims made by a particularly vile hoaxer (and victim predator) Peekay,  is that the video of the truck shows no damage. The video can be seen here:

Peekay follows hoaxer script in using video trickery to make the claim.

He shows several photos focusing on the left side of the tuck.  Since we can presume he knows his left from his right, we can reasonably state that this is part of his long standing pattern of intentional deception. Why wouldn't he focus on the right side of the truck if he was really researching the truck damage on the right side of the vehicle and why wouldn't he look at an undamaged truck for comparison?

The fact is Sandy Hook hoaxers use intentional deception to cover for ISIS terrorist to push their pro-terrorism agenda.

Predictably, the Dallas shooting has been declared a hoax by so-called alternative media. Videos and blogs are being pumped out at a furious pace, attempting to mitigate the reality of the shooting.  Those claiming hoax push fabrications, disinformation, and bold faced lies, serving to muddy the waters on serious societal questions.

No Ambulances - Orlando

A quick example of hoaxer lies is the meme spread on numerous videos that there were "no ambulances" at Pulse Nightclub shooting.   Hoaxers accomplish this lie by simply making a video and leaving out any photo of an ambulance. 

Aside from the obvious fact that ambulances don't charge into active shooter areas, there were several ambulances involved; as any google image search reveals.

Who is behind it all?
I have begun to call them "auto hoaxers".   What is an auto hoaxer?

An auto hoaxer is a wild-eyed conspiracy theorist that declares just about every high profile mass killing (or event) a hoax perpetrated by the government to bring about gun control, new world order, FEMA Camps, martial law, etc.

If we put on our own tin foil hat, it's easy to speculate who really benefits from such nonsense.

These are the modern day "tin foil hat" wack jobs of society. The hoaxer is not the peaceful Bigfoot conspiracy theorist of days past; hoaxers can be dangerous, heavily armed, violent enemies of public and peace.

 In times past, society might have locked these people in an asylum.   Today, the mad stock pile weapons and form online groups to reinforce their belief system via social media.

Within these secret groups, peer pressure radicalizes the hoaxer; a process hoax leaders refer to as "waking up".  There exists an organized power structure and hierarchy controlling the narrative, operating monthly donation schemes, organizing victim stalking, and preparing for events.  To maintain membership you must conform; strict lockstep thinking is demanded.

Anyone expressing independent thought outside acceptable "hoax" narrative is subject to everything from excommunication to ridicule, stalking, harassment, and harassment of their families.

After you are radicalized and in lockstep; the leaders demand donations.  Demand is made, even in the face of other members pleading that they are single mothers trying to raise children.

Whose nefarious purpose do the online hoaxer cults serve?   Who benefits by claiming a shooting is "fake" to promote gun control?  Is behind-the-scenes money driving the hoaxer leadership?

Wolfgang Halbig has begun his "Orlando Hoax" fundraising tour just as his Orlando based attorney, Cynthia Conlin, contacts Sandy Hook Facts to request blog removal.

Readers know that Conlin is the legal sword employed to chill the free speech of blogs that speak out against her gun-truther, conspiracy theorist leader client Wolfgang Halbig.

Sandy Hook Facts has, in the past, removed blogs by request and SHF seriously considered Conlin's request.  Cynthia Conlin's most persuasive argument for blog post removal was not her laughable attempt at coercing removal by claiming the blog post is "harassment" (it obviously is not harassing her);  it was Conlin's request for removal based on the fact she was personally affected by the Orlando Pulse Nightclub tragedy.

 Conlin states she lives two miles from the club, personally knows friends of friends who were murdered, frequented the club, and even had attended the club's grand opening!  

That's right.  Let that sink in.  Wolfgang raises money  claiming Sandy Hook was a hoax.  He is now raising money off of similar Orlando claims.

Meanwhile, his very own attorney claims to have been personally affected by the recent shooting.

Nonetheless, Sandy Hook Facts stands with Orlando; that empathy would extend even to Conlin, despite her hoaxer affiliations and deeds done on their behalf.


As Cynthia Conlin's request was being considered, her client made the decision easy when he began "Orlando Hoax" fundraising.

Wolfgang goes for the dollar

With Orlando Shooting "hoax/false flag" as his backdrop, Halbig began shilling for donations with an appearance on the highly popular "Joyce Riley Power Hour".

Wolfgang's appearance also featured James Fetzer.  Fetzer and Halbig co-authored "Nobody died at Sandy Hook". and have worked together extensively. Fetzer is, of course, a raging racist and dishonest disinformation shill.

How will Ms. Conlin feel when Wolfgang and Fetzer fill a book full of Orlando victim's photos, call it "Nobody died at Orlando Pulse" and offer it for sale?  You can bet that that book is coming, if they can make a buck out of it.

How can Ms. Conlin accept Halbig's Orlando and Sandy Hook blood "hoax" money, then expect a courtesy blog removal in return? That is not how this blog operates.

This is a quick blog post to discuss Orlando attorney Cynthia Conlin and her actions in response to the horrible massacre at the Orlando Club, Pulse.  I will try to update the photos later- they usually mess up when I "blog by phone".

It appears Conlin believes she is fit to represent Orlando victims. Let me tell you why I think that is a bad idea.

The conspiracy theorists hoaxers have already begun claiming the Orlando Shooting was a "Hoax" by the government to "take guns" and promoting SandyHookJustice.com (her client's website and donation center) with the hoax claims; lead by CONLIN'S CLIENT, Wolfgang Halbig.

I will make a more detailed post later as I outline a  “who’s who” of Orlando hoax claims; however, I  want Orlando residents, families, and friends know exactly who they are dealing with in the pushing of disgusting hoax claims and that that includes the "Florida Four"; these people live right in the backyard of The Pulse night club:

 These are the main leaders of hoaxers that are already targeting the victims of the Orlando shooting with absurd conspiracy theories.

Cynthia Conlin is attempting to insert herself into the public arena of the controversy surrounding the Orlando shooting by publicly offering to represent victims against online defamation.  Because of Conlin’s direct affiliation with Hoaxer conspiracy theorist Halbig and her aid by conducting legal attacks on several who attempted to defend the Sandy Hook victims from Wolfgang Halbig's vicious allegations over Sandy Hook, this is ridiculous and needs exposure now.  

Wolfgang Halbig is a well known conspiracy theorist leader that has been fully documented on this blog.  Wolfgang leads an online group against victims of high profile violence. While Wolfgang Halbig mostly focuses on the children or hurt families of Sandy Hook, he has discussed other conspiracy theories including Boston Bombing and San Bernardino.

Right now, Halbig’s focus is on the Orlando massacre and he is spreading the false and idiotic claim that the Orlando shooting is a hoax.

Wolfgang Halbig is, as we post this, repeatedly posting links to hoaxer videos alleging to “prove hoax” – in other words, Halbig is spreading the lie that the Orlando Shooting is a hoax.

Most of the videos Halbig is sharing are by “Peekay Truth”; a well known child and woman stalker and predator from Australia.  In the videos Halbig shares (and other videos by Peekay), Peekay is openly mocking the victims, laughing at them, cussing at them, calling them horrible names (such as “dirty faggots”) etc.

That is where you find Conlin, lined up behind Halbig; Halbig's legal muscle.

Most normal people are disgusted by people like Halbig.   If you were to take Halbig to task for his spreading of these horrific lies and videos, he just might sue you to shut you up, especially if you cut into his profit margin by exposing lies.  Halbig doesn’t like it when you use your free speech to point out his lies. 

So how does Orlando attorney Cynthia Conlin fit in?
Cynthia Conlin is the sword Wolfgang Halbig wields against anyone who may speak out against Halbig. Conlin is the attorney Halbig will send after you if you speak against what Halbig says.   

$5,000 Reward: Full Video of Jerad and Amanda Miller shooting

Newsball.com is offering a $5,000 reward for the full video of the Jerad and Amanda Miller shooting in the Walmart on Nellis Blvd. in Las Vegas.  The reward states if someone "can obtain a full copy of the video, including Amanda killing the civilan, we will pay $5,000 for it. INFO@NEWSBALL.com"

Lavoy Finicum Shot - video - enhanced and Slow Motion

The FBI released video of the Lavoy Finicum shooting.  This video debunks the Bundy contentions that Lavoy was shot with his hands up.  The video proves without a doubt Lavoy drove his truck recklessly at a Police roadblock, nearly stricking an officer. Finnicum jumps out of the truck, then as officers engage him, Finnicum reached at least twice into his jacket.  Oregon State Troopers shoot and kill him.   FBI report that Finnicum had a 9 mm semi-automatic pistol in the pocket where he was reaching.  FBI also report they found two rifles (5.56 likely AR's) and a pistol in the pick-up.  This is case closed on the conspiracy theories.

San Bernardino Terrorists and Sandy Hook Hoaxers join hands

By now we know the story of the massacre in San Bernardino.

ISIS pledged terrorists, Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik attacked a Community Center serving disadvantaged children in San Bernardino, killing 14 wounding 21.

This shooting follows the ISIS attack in Paris.  As with Paris, the Sandy Hook Hoaxer community instantly took to defending the terrorists, providing aid as cover for the terrorists by declaring the attack a "hoax" staged by our Government.

In a new twist, it appears the terrorists have openly embraced the hoaxers as allies and as front group.

Yesterday, the attorney of the terrorist's family openly joined with the hoaxers when their lawyer claimed "Sandy Hook hoax" as cover:

"There have been suggestions that it may be something that was related to their work, that somehow he was a disgruntled employee,' he said.   'But it doesn't seem plausible to us that this petite woman [Malik] would be involved in this sort of hyper-caricatured, Bonnie and Clyde crazy scenario. 
'There were a lot of questions drawn with Sandy Hook and whether or not that was a real incident or not. 
'But I mean obviously these things were found there, how they got there we don't know.'

As my readers know, to the "truther" every shooting is "fake" perpetrated by the government and every victim, witness, first responder, and family member are "crisis actors".   Terrorists arent real. ' Nothing to see here, move along'. 

What better cover for terrorists than a "truther"? 

  As Wolfgang Halbig once stated of Newtown and their grief, "[They] are like the Truman Show". All fake. Society the enemy, terrorists the victims. 

The truther claim's that the singular purpose of  "fake communities" is to stage"fake shootings" as part of a "FEMA Drill" to take guns.

Most "truthers" are far from stable people, and their radical support of Islamists is concerning. 

Here, a prominent Sandy Hook Hoax member appears to threaten any medical professional attempting to vaccinate someone he loves:

 To this writer, it is a major issue that such openly mentally ill people, even those who have killed, have such easy access to guns in the first place; however, that is for another article.

The entire community there has been declared as "in on it"; it was a hoax, to "take guns" so goes the claims of the hoaxer.  Sandy Hook hoax group and James Tracy, Professor at Florida Atlantic University have both declared the shooting a "hoax":

Obviously, ISIS along with the families of terrorists, have noticed their allied hoaxers and decided it is time to put them in play; now joining these hoaxers hand in hand.

When is society going to wake up and address terrorism, mental illness, and hoaxers?

It does not seem the San Bernardino shooting was enough; so we must wait for terrorists them to inflict a higher body count.  We know that no matter the body count, the Hoaxer community will be there to provide cover, comfort, and aid.

Hoaxer Clowns Continue to Declare Paris Attack a Hoax

As the graphic details, photos, videos, and stories continue to emerge on the tragic terrorist attack  in Paris, France, the Hoaxers continue to declare the entire shooting "a hoax".

A quick look at a few of the more absurd "Paris Conspiracy Theories":

Wolfgang Halbig, leader of the Sandy Hook Hoaxers, has decided that Paris is all about Sandy Hook and the ubiquitous "they" the perpetrators.  It stands to reason then, that Paris would incorporate nicely into his fundraising efforts.

Halbig posted today:

"Paris is in play to take your eyes of the Sandy Hook Elementary School Conspiracy because they know that if Sandy Hook gets exposed so will all of the other planned Government Conspiracies designed to intentionally Inflict Emotional Distress on millions and millions of Americans."

Of course he finishes with thoughts on 9-11 absurdity. Frankly, I'm surprised he didn't throw in the "earth is flat", "boston bombing is a hoax" and we "never walked on the moon" as part of his conspiracy theorist salad:

Russian Vids, a hoaxer with thousands of subscribers, made this, essentially mocking a horrific scene.  These women are obviously hanging on for their lives.  This is hoaxer idiocy at some of it's worst:

One of the many fraudulent claims by Sandy Hook Hoaxers is that Carlee Soto appears at numerous mass shootings as a "crisis actor". Conspiracy theorists repeat and parrot the meme ad nauseum throughout the internet.

Let's take a look at the latest "evidence" the hoaxers are using to show the Paris tragedy was a "government hoax".

Her sister Micaylah was murdered, thus causing Amanda to become a target.

In the hoaxer meme, the hoaxers intentionally mislabel Amanda Medek "Boston" in order to add to the deception and make it harder to track the original.

Amanda Madek came be to be slandered as a "crisis actor" and re-victimized after losing her sister in a horrific shooting just because she happens to be a brunette, and thus by Hoaxer "comparisons" she must be the "crisis actor" who also played Carlee Soto.  The hoaxers push this meme despite the fact she is obviously not Carlee Soto, as even a cursory image search reveals.

At the time, a student at Boston University, Emma Macdonald is the third innocent lady victimized by hoaxers and declared a "crisis actor".  To add to the deception, she is intentionally mislabeled as "Aurora". She was photographed at a vigil and is easily found by cursory google search.  She bears no resemblance to Carlee Soto.
