Once you fully grasp realize that Wolfgang Halbig is willing to complain to a Florida Judge that Lenny Pozner is "emailing me every day", when the reality is, Wolfgang Halbig is the one doing the emailing, then you start to grasp what I have been exposing about Wolfgang Halbig for many years.
No, I'm not denying that Lenny has responded to Wolfgang's unsolicited, rude, libelous, and accusatory emails and told him to take a leap on a few occasions; who wouldn't?
Since I get these emails forwarded to me often, I think I will start to publicly document his countless contacts of this Sandy Hook parent. Next time Halbig complains to the Judge, it will be plainly obvious what is going on.

The hoaxers created their meme by blurring a photo to cover up the number of trees really there.
Halbig's Debunk #2 - No Check-In sign - every hoaxer out there spread this lie. Hoaxers would have you believe the sign was there when the shooting was reported. The truth is, the sign was delivered in the late evening of the 14th or early morning of the 15th to help control the massive influx of press. Several signs where sent through coordination with Connecticut's Department of Homeland Security, pursuant to Connecticut MCI protocol.

As a preface to this quick blog post - this post is addresses numerous hoaxer claims in regards to the Sandy Hook - Bushmaster lawsuit and their absurd belief that Remington should use some sort of goofy "hoax" defense.
The case is Estate of Soto [and other Sandy Hook victim families] vs Bushmaster Inc.
Bushmaster made the AR-15 style rifle used by the Sandy Hook shooter to massacre children and teachers.
I was reviewing documents recently filed and found admissions by Remington that might be of interest to hoaxers or those who deal with hoaxers. Hoaxers of course claim it's a hoax, contend the parents would never want to see a courtroom, and contend Remington will expose the "hoax".
Quick synopsis of the case:
The case was filed in State court, removed to Federal Court, then sent back to State Court.
Discovery in the case is ongoing. Newtown families are not the one's ducking discovery. Remington is desperately trying to avoid discovery in addition to attempts to get the cased dismissed. With a Federal that is designed to shield gun manufacturers from liability, if the gun functions properly, the Sandy Hook families face an uphill battle.

The sane person might wonder "Why is that important?" Most hoaxers believe this transaction did not occur and in fact believe Nancy Lanza did not exist.
Remington attached, as Exhibit 1 a copy of the Sandy Hook Final Report information on the Bushmaster Rifle.
I received a message from an online friend of mine indicating that there were Sandy Hook conspiracy theorist hoaxers wanting me to use the report to support the claim that the "First minute of the shooting was the deadliest minute". Apparently, a few nonsensical hoaxers are stating that I claimed this.
Basically, hoaxers have invented a claim, lied claiming I said this, and now want to back me into a corner challenging me "back up" the claim they invented. All this is more lies and BS by hoaxers; as we've come to expect.
The first minute of the shooting at Sandy Hook School was, in fact, not the deadliest minute. Nor have I ever made such a claim.
That said, the deadliest minute in school massacre history did happen at Sandy Hook Elementary school.
To me, the "deadliest minute" is one of the most profound aspects of the shooting and one of the least understood.
Perhaps the fairest question any person could have is: "How could any shooter walk into a school and kill 26 people, leaving only 2 wounded, in under 10 minutes?" Some hoaxers have even claimed no "Navy Seal could not have done it". That is another false claim by hoaxers. Nearly any person, armed as the shooter was armed, could replicate the shooting given the conditions the shooter faced, if they were so inclined. In other words, Sandy Hook, or worse, could happen again.
The number killed in such a short amount of time was an incredible fact of the shooting; so the question does deserve a fair answer.

That video was ground breaking in that ballistics were used to mathematically prove the order of the shooting and the "deadliest minute"; something the final report did not do. Sandy Hook Facts was the first and only person to publish this finding.

The FBI released video of the Lavoy Finicum shooting. This video debunks the Bundy contentions that Lavoy was shot with his hands up. The video proves without a doubt Lavoy drove his truck recklessly at a Police roadblock, nearly stricking an officer. Finnicum jumps out of the truck, then as officers engage him, Finnicum reached at least twice into his jacket. Oregon State Troopers shoot and kill him. FBI report that Finnicum had a 9 mm semi-automatic pistol in the pocket where he was reaching. FBI also report they found two rifles (5.56 likely AR's) and a pistol in the pick-up. This is case closed on the conspiracy theories.

took off speeding away and towards police road block.
Trying to get around the road block, Lavoy nearly kills a officer. According to the FBI, the police are using deadly force at this time.
Sandy Hook Hoax group conspiracy theorists have widely pushed the meme that an FBI swat/sniper responding to the Sandy Hook shooting is actually an actor who also plays the parent of a slain student. The ridiculous contention has even been used by James Tracy and Wolfgang Halbig on their donation seeking blogs, websites, and in sales pitches. Wolfgang Halbig has reportedly raked in nearly $100,000 using such claims to bolster his contention "Sandy Hook was an illusion and no one died".
The fraudulent contention of the hoaxers fell apart when actual research was conducted and it became quickly apparent that the individual in the photo was Special Agent William Aldenberg of the New Haven FBI:

An email was sent to to the Special Agent in Charge of New Haven Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation on 12-29-15 asking the FBI to confirm that the photograph is of Special Agent William Aldenberg at the Sandy Hook Shooting on December 14, 2012. S.A. Aldenberg was himself contacted; although he has chosen not to respond.
A Community Outreach Specialist from the FBI did respond. The FBI did confirm that the three people photographed are "in fact actual FBI employees, not actors." Since the initial request made no mention of "actors", it is evident the FBI is fully aware of the abuse being heaped upon a Sandy Hook parent on their behalf; however, the FBI will still not name the agent.
Over the next couple of weeks, two more requests were sent to the Community Specialist requesting confirmation, going so far as to point out that this Special Agent appears on TV interviews and providing the photo of the agent's name "emblazoned on his back". The third request "came clean" that this information was wanted for debunking purposes and basically pleaded with him to identify the agent.
The FBI simply will not confirm the identity of their Special Agent; which was very upsetting.
I could understand if this SA operated in secret on same level and I would very much respect that and not even publish this article; however, SA Aldenberg does not. S.A. Aldenberg is a public figurehead out of the New Haven Office, is in the press often, and walks around with his name on his back.
Sandy Hook Facts is not giving up on this and if there are any updates, we will provide them.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation could easily do the same. Special Agent Aldenberg and Special Agent in Charge Ferrick apparently would rather let a Sandy Hook victim carry their load.

The latest meme claims: "Sandy Hook parent has been caught playing the part of a FBI Agent" at Sandy Hook. The claim has been not only debunked, but exposed as a fraud. The hoaxers, yet again, deliberately withheld information by snipping the complete footage that would have proven the meme false.
The claim itself is absurd on it's face. David Wheeler, father of Benjamin Wheeler, a first grader who was killed during the Sandy Hook Shooting, is purpotedly not really a parent, but actually an actor who plays both "David Wheeler" and an FBI SWAT Sniper. Why the FBI would use an actor to portray a FBI agent is never quite explained by the insane, abusive conspiracy theorists:

From a legal point of view, this is laughable and inept evidence presentation.
Why would Halbig and L. Kay Wilson not bring an expert if they truly believed the videos were tampered with? Surely, that would have been remarkable testimony. The answer seems obvious. It is very likely Wilson and Halbig were intentionally misleading the Freedom of Information Commission fully aware, exactly as testified by Chief Michael Kehoe, that the videos contained embedded closed captions. As an officer of the court, L. Kay Wilson should issue an apology to the FOI Commission for her TomFoolery.

I am not sure what "misinformation" you are referring to. I have only asked questions, questions which should have answers. Halbig's claim that this is a photo of Connecticut EMS Director Region 1 Director Robert Kenny. Wolfgang accuses Mr. Kenny of dressing up as a State Trooper. Since Mr. Kenny's position is non-sworn, unarmed, administrative position, this is accusing Mr. Kenny of very serious crimes.
Halbig's claim was made without a shred of evidence or investigation; based on similarity of this photo from the state EMS website.

Wolfgang further adds to the narrative, stating that Mr. Kenny is handing out "Evaluation Packets" at a drill and accuses him of delivering sandwiches and bananas to be eaten near the bodies of dead children in the Sandy Hook Elementary school; in addition to other disgusting claims.

This type of hoaxer misinformation is meant to instill fear in the "doom and gloom" conspiracy theorist followers. This causes the weak minded paranoid people to donate funds to Wolfgang Halbig because he uses these gimmicks as part of his money pitches on internationally broadcast public appearances. Since Wolfgang Halbig claims to be a former Florida State Trooper including homicide investigator, Federal Customs Agent, and an investigator of school shootings including Columbine, one must impute to him a level of diligence appropriate to that experience. One cannot chalk it up to simple "error", such as one could do for wild eyed psychologically ill convicts making Youtube videos worried about Jade Helm and Walmart boogeymen.
Halbig's experience enables him to make tens of thousands of dollars making false claims; therefore, one must hold Halbig accountable for his statements. Halbig's decades of experience means he is aware of how to at least do a cursory investigation before accusing people of very serious felonies.
Therefore, one must conclude Halbig is passing along intentional misinformation as part of his whirlwind fund raising tour. His comments mislead. It is unknown how much money Wolfgang has made making off of these misleading claims as thus far he has not made that information public.

The unfortunate part is that Wolfgang Halbig has turned the focus of his false claim fund raising from going after Connecticut Agencies to persecuting independent bloggers and youtubers and doing so to intimidate them and to destroy their First Amendment right to free speech.
There are two prongs to the latest campaign of ongoing misinformation related to Wolfgang's fundraising.
As reported, German born Wolfgang Halbig is raising funds for his lawsuit where he is attempting to chill the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and of United States citizens by using our courts to silence bloggers who would dare speak out against the Sandy Hook Hoax sham. The fund raising is done using misinformation.

The first prong of the misinformation is reviving the long ago debunked myth that the "Everyone Must Check in" sign was in place on 12-14-12. Despite the fact that this has been long ago debunked, the Hoaxer sheep accept this contention without question. That is being addressed in a future video, as it was addressed by Sandy Hook Facts in April, 2014.
The next disinformation campaign involves an even more absurd notion and the accusations of crime.
In an interview on Max Resistance on June 9, 2015, Wolfgang Halbig declared a Connecticut State Trooper Detective that appeared on CSP Dash Cam to be Connecticut Department of Emergency Services Region 1 Coordinator, Robert Kenny.
It should be noted that Mr. Kenny's position is an Administrative supervisory position within Connecticut's Emergency Management Department. Sandy Hook Facts verified that Mr. Kenny's position is neither sworn nor are they armed. In other words, it would be illegal for Robert Kenny to wear a gun in his official capacity and it would be illegal for him to impersonate a State Trooper, wear a badge, or represent himself as a peace officer, as alleged by hoaxers. That baseless accusation of crime impugning this official by Halbig and tge hoax groups shocked even this long time watcher of Hoaxers.
From Hoaxer's invented narrative and Halbig's accusations of crimes committed by Mr. Kenny to reality:
The State Trooper in the Dash Cam is clearly wearing a State Police jacket, a "Raid Vest" (bullet proof vest), a badge, and a gun and is obviously a sworn peace officer.
So how do the hoaxers get around the fact this is obviously a State Police trooper?
Wolfgang Halbig, during that internationally broadcast interview stated Mr. Kenny was "dressed up as a trooper".
And what evidence have Halbig and the hoaxers presented that Mr. Kenny has committed the crime of impersonating a State Trooper?
None. Merely an invented narrative; fabricated from whole cloth. Much like the "Check-In Sign"; all they need is a photo and they can invent any narrative they want to fit their agenda and compliment their fund raising shows.
It is clear the disconnect with reality by these hoaxers is growing wider by the day as they fill their accounts with hoaxer money.
