Connecticut courts are now reporting that hoaxer and Sandy Hook Justice leader Jonathan Reich has pled guilty and been sentenced in both the Avon case and the Danbury case.  At this time, details are scarce; however, the sentence includes a twenty year restraining order protecting a Sandy Hook family!

Avon Harassment charges
In the Avon case, Reich was accused of harassing Dr. Wayne Carver. Dr. Carver was the Chief Medical Examiner at the time of the Sandy Hook shooting.  Reich was reported to have made five harassing phone calls to Carver's home at about midnight, January 31, 2013.   Reich dragged the case out for years, at one point a interstate fugitive for over a year. Sandy Hook Justice and other hoaxers raised money and pushed monetized Sandy Hook video's using Reich as a show pony, pretending Reich was facing charges for a call to Carver's office; a completely false claim.  Wolfgang Halbig raised over $100,000 promising, in part, to use the Jonathan Reich case  as his "key to exposing Sandy Hook".

Sandy Hook Justice also revealed their plans to use Reich's fugitive status until capture, whereupon they claimed they would use his extradition hearing to "expose Sandy Hook".  You can't make this stuff up! Wolfgang dished the Kool-aid, and Reich definitely drank it!

When Reich was arrested in New York, Sandy Hook Justice again vanished. Instead of providing Reich an attorney; Reich was assigned a public defender.  Reich spent three months on Rikers Island Prison in New York fighting extradition; however, the hoaxers did not have any evidence (of course) and their ill-conceived plan came crashing down on Reich's head.

Jonathan Reich was arrested by NYPD on a fugitive warrant on November 21, 2016. Reich desperately tried to avoid facing his charges, spending three months in jail in New York.

Danbury Harassment charges
While Reich was in jail, it was learned Jonathan Reich was facing new harassment charges out of Danbury; two counts of harassment. Police claim he was harassing a Sandy Hook mother at her work.  Reich's sentence out of Danbury includes a 20 year restraining order!

Sandy Hook Hoaxer Lucky Richards a FUGITIVE

Sandy Hook Hoaxers are becoming well known for their refusals to appear in court.   Lucy Richards, the hoaxer that has pled guilty to felony threatening of Lenny Pozner, failed to appear in court.  Lucy Richards is currently a fugitive with a "No Bail" warrant for her arrest. Hoaxer Jonathan Reich arrested on two new Danbury Cases

Jonathan Reich has been arrested on two new cases out of Danbury, CT.  Jonathan Reich is charged with harassing a Sandy Hook parent in June and October of 2016.  These charges can trace directly to activities encouraged by Wolfgang Halbig and Tony Mead.

On 3/9/17 Reich was arraigned and served with a Protective Order, restraining him from further harassment of the victim. Reich pled not guilty and is being held on $25,000 bond.  His next court date  on the new Danbury case is 4/6/17.


His 2014 misdemeanor case has a pretrial hearing on 3/17/17. His bail on that case remains $100,000.

Jonathan Reich now faces two cases totaling three counts of harassment and one count of Failure to Appear.

Justin Hess shot mother 17 times before killing innocent teacher

Sandy Hook Hoaxer conspiracy theorist Justin Hess aka Justin Wooley, CounterTyrannyOp shot his mother with a pistol 17 times before he drove to Sandy Springs and stabbed to death an innocent school teacher, Willaim Haynes.

Justin Hess was held on the murder charge by Cobb County Magistrate Judge Gerald Moore and the case advanced to Superior Court. A Cobb County Grand Jury will take up the matter for his indictment there.

Justin Hess was jobless and owned thousands of dollars of weapons; weapons he regularly displayed in his videos. Hess' AR-15 rifles were enabled with devices to allow them to fire like automatic weapons, as can be seen in the intro to this Justin Hess video:

It is obvious that he was mentally ill.  Sandy Hook Facts believes that it will come out that, just like Adam Lanza, his mother purchased the weapons for her future murderer.  Carol Hess very likely bought the pistol Justin shot her to death with.

Justin Hess had stalked a woman to a day care center the day before the murders. The tragedy could have been much worse had this hoaxer decided to open fire with his automatic AR-15 at the day care center.
