Sandy Hook Hoaxer William Shanley Guilty

Sandy Hook Hoaxer leader and front man, William Shanley, has pled guilty to Connecticut statute 53a-167a Interfere With Officer/Resisting for his New Years eve altercation with police. It was noted by several people, just prior to the incident, that Shanley appeared to be "losing it".

Shanley was sentenced to 1 year in prison, execution suspended, and is on probation for one year.

Since Shanley no longer appears on the inmate roster for Connecticut's prison system, it appears he may be back on the streets.

There has been no new activity in his "Sandy Hook Hoax" Federal lawsuit where he is seeking 5 trillion dollars in start up money for a new country as well as a few billion for his on own pain and suffering brought about by watching Sandy Hook unfold; or something like that.

Voice of Dissent Interviews a Parent

This is a very touching podcast by Voice of Dissent. VOD interviews a parent who lost a child to natural causes who parallels that experience with those who lost their children at Sandy Hook.  This is ever more interesting in light of the fact that parent seems to be learning the true nature of many of these hoaxers; so that perspective is added as well.

This parent also demonstrates the stark reality of what happens when the police close a crime scene .  This is also demonstrated during every school shooting; the police always seal off the school.

Well worth a listen.

Wolfgang Halbig will never get the Children’s Names

Presently, Wolfgang Halbig has spent $20,000 on a FOI venture to obtain the same documents sandyhookfacts.com has obtained or is obtaining from Newtown for under $100. At primary issue is Halbig's desperate 18 month attempt to obtain the names of the Sandy Hook Choir; the children who sang at the Super Bowl.

Wolfgang attempted an “end around” to get the children’s personal information; randomly  choosing  a School Board meeting (Jan 23, 2013) to request the consent agenda and attachments; blindly hoping to get the children's names were somehow attached.  When Halbig was provided those documents and the documents failed to disclose the names of the children who sang at the Super Bowl, he filed an appeal.

Wolfgang will lose before the commission on this request quite simply because he asked for a set of documents and was provided those documents.  Game over, go home Halbig. The lawyers thank you for your follower's money.  The commissioner already tried to explain this to Halbig.

But let’s move beyond Wolfgang’s wasteful flailing about with other people’s money and let’s pretend for a brief moment Halbig figured out how to properly word a FOI request.  It could happen. Doubtful, but it could.

The names of those children are exempt from FOI disclosure. Period. That is the law and the Town will never disclose them to the likes of this hoaxer or anyone else. Intuitively, I thought that would be the case. Imagine if any predator could march into your child’s school and demand to see your child’s permission slip for a field trip.  It is literally unheard of.

Here, hoaxers are trying to get these names and we know what hoaxers do with names of children when they get them. Well thankfully, they wont. At least, not through Newtown.

So if Halbig ever figures out how to word the request to get an actual response as to documents containing children's names, the law exempt’s Newtown from giving the records and would prohibit the FOI Commission from ruling in Halbig’s favor as to those documents:

Connecticut General Statute 1-210 – Freedom of Information Act - Exempt Records

(11) Names or addresses of students enrolled in any public school or college without the consent of each student whose name or address is to be disclosed who is eighteen years of age or older and a parent or guardian of each such student who is younger than eighteen years of age, provided this subdivision shall not be construed as prohibiting the disclosure of the names or addresses of students enrolled in any public school in a regional school district to the board of selectmen or town board of finance, as the case may be, of the town wherein the student resides for the purpose of verifying tuition payments made to such school;

Taking a few seconds to read the law could have saved Wolfgang Halbig’s followers $20,000; because he has literally flushed that money down the porta-potty.  You can bet Monte Frank knows the law and will play that trump card if Halbig ever gets his act together enough  to even play the game. Kay Wilson likely knows the law or could grasp it if she read it, but, hey, she gets paid either way so does the law matter?  Why tell her client and risk losing a check. Based on her woefully inept legal performance, I would say this is not her primary work or concern.  If she pleases Halbig, her job is done.

Halbig cannot win as to to the names; the children remain safe from disclosure to hoaxers.  Monte has four aces and Wolfgang is all in with hoaxer money and pocket ducks.

Sandy Hook Security Camera System Fully Exposed

The camera system at Sandy Hook Elementary school has been the subject of much debate.  As a result of a Freedom of Information request (which Newtown responded to within a few short days), the final details of the camera system can now be revealed.  There have been previous videos and articles on the Security System before and those researchers are credited below. Most of the information in this article has been published before.

The controversy stems from the fact that Sandy Hook hoax conspiracy theorists have misrepresented an article that was first published by the Hartford Courant showing a notice posted in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section of the  Sandy Hook Elementary School for many years as linked here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20070111203315/http://www.newtown.k12.ct.us/shs/page.php?pid=115

Hawley School's letter is exactly the same and was archived as far back as October 2006.

http://web.archive.org/web/20061005231500/http://www.newtown.k12.ct.us/has/page.php?pid=436

Hoaxers contend the notice is new and further contend the article states there is a "Brand New High Tech Security system" installed in the school.  Those words are not used in this "recycled" document.  The entire context is invented out of thin air by people misreading and /or fabricating a premise of the notice.

The new security system was budgeted for Hawley School, Sandy Hook School, and Head O'Meadow School for FY2007 at $4,322.

The document received by SandyHookFacts is an invoice showing the installation of the security system at Sandy Hook Elementary School on or about August 6, 2006, which would be a few weeks before the start of the 2006-2007 school year. You will also note the system was discussed in the Newtown Bee in October 2006

https://web.archive.org/web/20150426211349/http://newtownbee.com/news/83316

The invoice shows the system installed including make and model.

The system installed included the following primary items:

Camera/Intercom System: AIPHONE KC-DAR Tilt Door Station
Desktop Viewing Stations - AIPHONE KC-GRD Master Desk Station and AIPHONE KC-HRD Sub-station Desk Unit.

AIPHONE's products may be found on their website:

 http://dev.aiphone.com/home/products/kc/
As indicated in the police report, there is no recording functionality with this system.

KC-DAR as described by aiphone.com:

Crime scene photos of the unit mounted on the Door at Sandy Hook shows the camera:
Close up of Farr photo 104:

The on desk monitors looked similar to telephones and offered the ability to view the camera, communicate with the camera, an all call button, camera tilt control, door call LED, and a door release button.

This viewing station can be seen in this screen shot from School Interior Video 4:

The hoaxer invented myth that there was a "New High Tech Security System" is completely discredited and lacks any evidentiary foundation whatsoever.  The hoaxers have failed to produce even one piece of evidence of a "new high-tech security system".    All of the facts support the historical records, the documents provided by Newtown via FOI, and final report.

The system was a viewing monitor with audio speaker to control access at the front door, had no recording capability, and was not "new" at all. It was installed just prior to the start of 2006-2007 school year and was still in use on December 14, 2012.

Bonus:
During the FOI Hearing Gino Faiella discussed the floor wax build up that Wolfgang Halbig; who obviously lacks real world practical knowledge, and could not understand.

During my file review for this article, I located the machine that was used by custodial staff.

This machine is this type of industrial floor machine:

More stalking and death threats towards Lenny Pozner

Sandy Hook Hoax clan was very active today.  "Who cares about Noah, he's just another dead jew." was the first hate comment that I heard was leveled towards the parent of a slain six year old boy.

As if that comment was not sickening enough,  this video was shown to me.

New lows as the Sandy Hook Hoaxers continue their conspiratorial planned and executed crime spree of stalking, harassing, identity theft, and other crimes towards anyone associated with the Sandy Hook shooting that falls into their radar.

When will the authorities intervene?  Hopefully before the leadership of Sandy Hook hoax drives their followers to the logical next step of their terrorism.   At some point, it will be time to recognize Sandy Hook hoax as a rank and structured hate group.

FOI Commission rules Connecticut must release Sandy Hook shooter's documents

FOI Commission rules Connecticut must release Sandy Hook shooter's documents.

The state’s Freedom of Information Commission ruled on Wednesday that State Police must make documents seized from the shooter’s home during the investigation into the Dec. 2012 Sandy Hook Shooting available to the public, the Hartford Courant reports. The hearing was held February 19, 2015 and ruling issued May 13, 2015.

The ruling may be viewed here:
http://www.ct.gov/foi/lib/foi/hor_2015/05132015/2014_372.pdf
We are working on obtaining the original complaint.

Sandyhookfacts.com has requested many of the same documents in an State Police acknowledged FOI request since May 2014 and will be immediately following up with the CSP to ascertain if there is a new status of our request in light of the ruling by the commission.

For example, the Courant requested "The Big Book of Granny", written by the shooter as well as the shooter's spreadsheet listing the mass murders; two items also requested by SandyHookFacts.com.

Dave Altimari and the Hartford Courant should be saluted fortheir fine work in obtaining these records for the public and hopes the Connecticut State Police stops delaying the public's right to view these relevant documents.

Sandy Hook Facts will immediately renew the original FOI request and resubmit to the CSP; requesting immediate release of our FOI'd documents.
