Retraction is hereby issued by Sandy Hook Facts for statements or actions attributed to Jonathan Reich when those claims were made by ZeeRoe3, who was intentionally impersonating Jonathan Reich.

Sandy Hook Facts is currently issuing retractions in certain articles whereby it was suggested ZeeRoe3 was or might be Jonathan Reich and attributing acts and deeds of ZeeRoe3 to Jonathan Reich.  

ZeeRoe3 is co-host to Sandy Hook Justice Report and members of that organization purport themselves to be a friends of Jonathan Reich. A central theme of the Sandy Hook Justice organization is helping Jonathan Reich.

Within the past year "the real" Jonathan Reich has been making more and more public appearances, appearing on John Wells' international radio show, "Caravan to Midnight Episode 374", alongside Wolfgang Halbig and even thanked Wolfgang for his "help" during that show.  Jonathan Reich also appeared with Hoax Group Members on the show "Sandy Hook CAPSTONE Drills Fully Explained!"  published 1-14-15.    Several Jonathan Reich fundraisers have also been widely publicized by hoaxers.

Jonathan Reich's case is trumpeted on Sandy Hook Justice websites; in fact, entire hoaxer websites and articles are dedicated to him such as "HartfordCommunityCourt.com".   Wolfgang Halbig has used the Jonathan Reich case fundraise for years in countless emails, radio, and video appearances.  Jonathan Reich's case is mentioned in every Sandy Hook Justice Report published.

In fact, when Wolfgang Halbig wrote the NAACP falsely (and disgustingly) claiming to have been the driver for Martin Luther King, Jr., the subject of the email itself was Jonathan Reich.

Sandy Hook Justice Co-Host Busted
When ZeeRoe3 impersonated Reich, the information was often taken as credible and reasonably assumed to be accurate and from Reich himself, especially since ZeeRoe3 would bolster his claims presenting documents that he could only have come from Reich himself.  

ZeeRoe3 has admitted to impersonating Jonathan Reich. Additionally, it has been conclusively proven ZeeRoe3 is in fact not Jonathan Reich.  ZeeRoe3 admits he specifically targeted Sandy Hook Facts to impersonate Jonathan Reich and admits he did so it cause "defamation" and therefore his acts to publicly defame Reich and harm Reich were malicious.

Additionally, several other Youtube users have published videos and comments about ZeeRoe3 impersonating Reich; therefore the impersonation was wide spread.

Now one might think Wolfgang Halbig would not appreciate these illegal deeds done by his representative and co-host; but you would be wrong.  Wolfgang has is on record as laughing at that ZeeRoe3's impersonation  and "aka Jonathan Reich"; very much appearing to make light of ZeeRoe's nefarious deeds.

Sickeningly, ZeeRoe3 called it "like Christmas" that people fell for this conspiracy and impersonation hoax.

In addition to impersonating Jonathan Reich, ZeeRoe3 is also currently operating a fake Sandy Hook Facts channel and therefore appears to be a serial impersonator.

Sandy Hook Justice raises quite a bit of money based on the case of Jonathan Reich.

Coinciding with that fundraising, co-host ZeeRoe3 admitted to impersonating Reich online.

For months, public controversy has raged as to whether ZeeRoe3 was impersonating Jonathan Reich or was actually Jonathan Reich pulling a ruse.

 Joel's video and see Tiffany M's videos are examples of this hotly contested controversy within the "Youtube social media community".  ZeeRoe3 did a good job convincing many that he was Reich.

Reich making public appearances on popular web broadcasts actually helped the ruse because it was obvious Reich was was back on Youtube making his rounds.

New York Sandy Hook Hoaxer Threatened Newtown Teacher Jason Adams

There is a bombshell development in the Sandy Hook Hoaxer terrorism saga, as reported by main stream press.

Details are now emerging about Newtown Middle School teacher Jason Adams. He was arrested for carrying a loaded handgun in the school where he worked.

Adams plead guilty and was sentenced to a diversionary alternative sentencing program. If he complies with his sentence, his case will be ultimately dismissed.

Note: You can read about this type of sentencing with the case of Jonathan Reich.  That is interesting considering developments below.

At sentencing Adams explained that he had been threatened and harassed by Sandy Hook Hoaxers.  The judge appeared empathetic to his plight and justice appears served.

The Washington Post reported:

In one message, the man told them to leave their home, she said. And in another, the man sent a picture of Geri Adams reading to a kindergarten class, along with the words, “Have fun reading to the dead children.”

“We did a background check and discovered the identity of the man,” she told the News-Times. “We brought all the information to the authorities, but the police never filed a report.”

Maxwell, Adams’s attorney, said Adams would keep the gun locked in his car during work. But on the day of his arrest, he was rushing to a staff meeting and he inadvertently brought it with him, he said.

"I'd move if I were you, you don't want me anywhere near your town, I'm bad for people's health.
"It was serious, because the gentleman was in close proximity to New York's border," said Gina Caallaro, a former colleague.

The news did not in identify the suspect who threatened Jason Adams and his family, nor have they taken any action to investigate or stop the threats.

Immediately, there was buzz in the alternative media world that the suspect discussed was Jonathan Reich.   At this time, Sandy Hook Facts does not support this link as there is no real evidence linking the two.

We really have no idea who contacted the residents of Newtown,including their children, harassing and stalking them.  It is past time for the "Youtube" conjecture to stop and the police to get busy uncovering the stalkers identities, making arrests, and start the prosecutions.

The cyber stalk began with an "anonymous" article published on MonteFrank.com that was republished by Florida Atlantic University Professor James Tracy.

The article is entitled:
Monte Frank, Jeremy Richman, and Curtis Urbina Have a Lot of Explaining to Do

The article absurdly and without any evidence whatsoever accuses a little girl and/or her family of numerous crimes and of being part of wild government conspiracies and cover-ups.  The entire article is based on a slight similarity of a photo.

In general, separating Sandy Hook Hoax "hoaxers" from most other conspiracy theorists is the hoaxer propensity to stalk families and little children and to commit violent crimes over their irrational beliefs.    Numerous Sandy Hook Hoaxers have been arrested and prosecuted for various serious crimes; at least two known Sandy Hook Hoaxers have gone on shooting sprees.  One Sandy Hook Hoaxer shot two  police officers in the head as they ate lunch.  This is cause for all the alarm.  The subject of this article, Jonathan Reich, was, of course, prosecuted over misdemeanor harassment charges.

As a part of the article, the hoaxers committed outright fraud, flipping a photo of Avielle Richman and labeling it "Jane Roe { Name Removed by Request*} " in order to falsely convey that this is how those images were released to the public.

MonteFrank com is a sister website to HartfordCommunityCourt com, a fake blog pretending to monitor Hartford Community Court; however, all it really does is whine ad naseum about Jonathan Reich's legally insignificant misdemeanor; a misdemeanor that was plead down to a pre-plea diversion with no jail time on a charge of harassment.

The websites link to each other, are near identical in appearance and style, are cited together by hoaxer leader Wolfgang Halbig, and while the Whois information is kept confidential, they were registered from the same, obscure, registrar account.

Despite these efforts, many speculated that the author of most, if not all of the articles on both websites, especially those focusing on Reich's harassment case, were likely written by Reich and we additionally suspected he authored the article regarding the young girl and her family.  While we suspected that was the case, no Sandy Hook Hoax administrator was admitting it.

 The articles were published pseudonymously, using a fake name: "Barry Miller".   Thanks to Tony Mead, we now know the true author.

Despite the lengths the two blogs have gone through to hide their tracks, Tony Mead freely admitted the name of the author in a recent Sandy Hook Hoaxer Chat called Max Resistance Round Table (this chat has been archived by Sandy Hook Facts).

Tony Mead is, of course, close personal friends with Jonathan Reich. Mead is also the owner of the Sandy Hook Hoax group.

Tony Mead stated: "As many people know, Jonathan Reich, and uh, a couple of other guys worked to put together a piece on the facial similarities of one Jane Roe { Name Removed by Request*}  and Avielle Richman... they did a little presentation of that and I put that up on the Sandy Hook Hoax page".

That information was the above listed article, removed by facebook for DMCA violations, and was a link to the MonteFrank.com article; therefore, Mead is admitting Reich is a MonteFrank.com author.

This is the first confirmation from a Hoax Group official that Jonathan Reich is indeed authoring these articles, as was suspected all along.

Latest Ruse - Calls "released"

The latest ruse involves the release of the purported "Jonathan Reich" phone calls. The point is to prove the calls were "non-threatening" and thus, Jonathan Reich is "innocent".

Unfortunately for Reich, the facts are he was not charged with making "threats"; he was charged with harassing calls. Reichs charges make no mention of "threat"; that would have been a different charge.  

This latest ruse, also likely authored by Reich (we are waiting confirmation by Tony), states "Through the audio, we cannot tell here if the voice calls are masked or if they are an actual person at this time".

This is laughable since the calls sound like a "weirdo freaky Jason type stalker head case with a voice changer" and it is no wonder the recipient of the "weirdo" calls called the police.  Considering that in the immeduate aftermath of the Sandy Hook shooting many hoaxers were calking in bomb threats and other horrible acts, who wouldn't have called the police over a weirdo with idiotic questions and a voice changer?

Even more laughable, the blog states he was trying to help the families.  With a "helper" llike Sandy Hook hoaxers using voice changers and fake names making weirdo calls in the immediate aftermath of a shooring, do you really need enemies?

After listening to the calls this writer feels that it is unfortunate Reich's high priced law firm was able to work him such a good deal.  Perhaps jail time would have taught him a lesson he obviously needs.

Wolfgang Halbig Blasts Alex Jones and other Hoaxer updates

Alex Jones has apparently read the tea leaves and can see that Wolfgang Halbig is on a runaway course off of a cliff; as a result, Alex Jones has abandoned Halbig's ship. 

For example, at Wolfgang Halbig's Freedom of Information (FOI) hearing in Connecticut, Jones slap to the face of Halbig was clear because Jones sent his token jester, Dan Bidondi.  You know Jones is not interested if he sends his pet Bidondi.

Halbig and Bidondi's short interview was published by the small time blogger Mert Melfa; however,  in a distinct snub, Jones did not deem the skit worthy of a freebie-clip on the Infowars Youtube channel.

 In a interview published 5-12-15, Halbig raged against Jones lamenting "Alex Jones did not even give me a single dollar."  He further raged "Alex Jones has done absolutely nothing" (for my funding).


Halbig's next FOI hearing is June 2, 2015 at 9 am and Halbig did provide insight to his upcoming strategy -

1) Halbig will continue the losing quest of presenting photos of Sandy Hook Elementary to Newtown staff and asking where the "work order" to fix [insert whatever here]. Incidentally, Halbig's photos purport to be crime scene photos  taken after the shooting).    It is  unknown how long Commissioner Streeter will tolerate that game; however, I predict it will not be long. Streeter does need to get control of that aspect of the hearing because the consumption of time outweighs any conceivable benefit and Streeter was a little too loose, thus allowing the hearing to drag on and on about issues unrelated to documents.

2) Halbig is also attempting to get  the pilot of Connecticut Trooper 1 and the pilot's observer.  Halbig still has not figured out how the Connecticut State Trooper helicopter can operate without Newtown police input; however, this demonstrates Halbig's lack of real world experience.  It is easy to guess that that helicopter operates every day without input from Newtown.  Halbig again loses sight of the point of the hearing - documents. Newtown has already indicated there are no documents available concerning transmissions between the helicopter and Newtown P.D.; that's the end of it and Halbig will lose on that point.  Here again, hopefully Streeter gets to the point quickly and moves on.

3) Halbig stated in interview he is requesting the new Principle of Sandy Hook Elementary School to appear. Halbig will attempt to obtain the permission slips of the children who sang at the Super Bowl.
Halbig stated of the upcoming questioning of the Principle: "I want to see a copy of the field trip forms".  Unfortunately for Halbig, those documents are not "at-issue" because those are not the documents he requested as the subject of the FOI Hearing. 

 The "at-issue" point is a consent agenda from Jan. 23, 2013 and attachments; a document that has already been provided to Halbig. This is why Halbig will be a big loser here as Monte Frank "objects" Kay Wilson into oblivion.   Hopefully Streeter gets control of this aspect of the hearing as well; least he allow the hoaxers to turn his hearing room into a circus.

It's the Halbig show; he obviously asks for the wrong stuff on purpose to play to his brain numbed hoaxers.

 As reported, William Shanley, one of Wolfgang Halbig's fellow hoaxers, filed his own five- trillion dollar lawsuit alleging Sandy Hook was a "hoax.

It has been speculated that Shanley's lawsuit it is so poorly written, using news articles as "evidence", that Halbig's FOI attorney Kay Wilson must have assisted Shanley in preparing the filing.   Kay Wilson is well known for attempting to use news articles to prove assertions, even "republished hoaxer refurbished" versions of these articles.

Shanley has since been readmitted to prison; his current home of residence?  Garner Correctional Institution in Newtown, Connecticut, where Shanley sports inmate number 305720.  Records indicate his bail is $50,000 for Assaulting an Officer.  Shanely has filed a document allowing the courts to withdraw the filing fee from his inmate trust fund; surely this will cut into Shanley's Ramen purchases.

Sandy Hook Hoax group was relieved to learn that one of their top harassers and stalkers, Timothy Rogalski, received a suspended sentence as he pled guilty to five counts of second-degree harassment.

Sandy Hook Hoax published their response as they beamed with pride at the attacks on the children's place of eduction:

Just spent half an hour talking to Tim. He's a nice guy. He made 9 calls. 5 to the school and others to the fire department telling them he knew they were liars. He was drunk and ran his mouth more than he should have. He copped a plea so he could get the fuck out of jail. They wanted to charge hims with "reckless endangerments", so he settled for "breach of the peace"and got 2 years probation. That's in Monroe. He's worried that Newtown won't be as kind. He goes to court there next month for the Newtown school and Volunteer Fire Dpt. calls. Since they are in different towns, he has to go to different courts.

One can recall that another of hoax group's "sons", Jonathan Reich is on a diversionary program for his harassment charges.

It's not "if" a hoaxer will eventually act on the hoax group-think promulgated threats and harassment and cause serious death or injury, it's "when".

James Tracy and Jim Fetzer attempt to one-up each other as Wolfgang owns the show.

As Wolfgang Halbig trumps all other hoaxers, stealing the small spotlight and donation cache, Jim Fetzer and James Tracy attempt to one-up each other with absurdity circus posts hoping to eek their way back into the conversation.

 For James Tracy's part, this curmudgeon mailed a certified letter to Lenny Pozner, father of slain Sandy Hook vitims Noah Pozner, demanding proof of his identity and relationship to Noah Pozner. 

As a further slap in the face, Tracy, a professor at Florida Atlantic University, published an article bragging about his exploits and mocking Lenny Pozner. 

James Tracy demanding such proof from the father of a slain child is only more absurd since Lenny Pozner already released Noah Pozner's birth and death certificate last year.  This indicates James Tracy is slipping further into the abyss of psychological illness as the darker stalker side of hoaxerism over takes any common sense he may have had left.    It is well known in hoaxology that the longer you partake in the stalking of high profile crime victims, the worse you become; that appears to be the case with James Tracy.

Obviously, Lenny Pozner ignored Tracy's illogical demands; prompting the most recent online tirade "Lenny Pozner fall silent on copyright claim".

One would think that a professor would know that birth and death certificates have nothing to do with a copyright claim; however, such logic is not embraced by the hoaxer professor.  It's a simple proposition, don't use Lenny's child to peddle your idiotic conspiracy theories and you  won't hear from Lenny Pozner or his attorneys. 

Not to be upstaged; Jim Fetzer and Veterans Today pull off what is likely a publicity stunt and a hoax; Jim Fetzer appears to be pretending he got "sacked" from the blog.

Veteran's Today is a rag that admits most of what they publish is knowingly false. As a news source; Veterans Today has zero credibility with any rational person; said rank of zero earned after years of pushing filth; from lasers at 911 to Fetzer's well debunked Sandy Hook claims; the rag is now pretending to draw the line at Jade Helm conspiracy theories; with Senior Editor Gordon Duff insisting the training exercise is (gasp) a training exercise.  Suddenly the conspiracy theorist rag cleverly disguised as a  veteran's paper has a new found conscience or editorial moral compass?  That is very doubtful.

It is clear these hoaxer opportunists are desperate to try to be a part of the conversation; a conversation that is all-Halbig-all-the-time. One can only conclude that at any moment, Sandy Hook Hoax will, at any moment, invent another piece of "evidence".  Doubtless, Wolfgang's attorney, L. Kay Wilson, would attempt to introduce said invented evidence as authentic at the next FOI hearing.

William Shanley's Lawsuit DISMISSED

Without motion, hearing, or requiring an answer of the defendants, the federal court has summarily dismissed one of the two "trillion dollar" Shanley lawsuits.   I will post a blog update when I get the documents for the second dismissal; anticipated as coming soon.

The dismissed case (Case No 3:14-cv-01881 JAM) was filed December 17, 2014.  The lawsuit sought in excess of 5 billion dollars and included defendants Shannon Hicks, The Bee, New York Times, and the Hartford Courant, among others and alleged vast government conspiracy citing and Wolfgang Halbig and James Fetzer as his experts.

The action was predictably dismissed as frivolous and failure to state a claim. In closing, the court wrote:

"In short, plaintiff’s claims are frivolous and furnish no plausible or conceivable grounds for relief. Accordingly, the complaint is DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). Plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #2) and motion to participate in electronic filing (Doc. #5) are DENIED as moot in light of the dismissal of this action."

As hoaxer Wolfgang Halbig continues to shill for money and spin his wheels, it appears one conspiracy theorist might be ready to actually move!

The word on the street is that a soverign citizen a "freeman common law legal scholar" of sorts appears to be threatening to file a "whistleblower" lawsuit known as a "Qui Tam" related to the Sandy Hook school shooting.  

Conceivably this type of "whistle blower" action could be brought against the contractors on behalf of the Tax Payer.

For example, if I put on my tin foil hat and widen my eyes, I could envision the lawsuit! In my vision, I could allege that the contractors who did the biohazard clean up in the school could not have actually cleaned up biohazards (since obviously the tens of thousands of illumanati freemason connected people involved in this vast evil conspiracy are keeping secrets!) and thus I could allege fraud!

I have no doubt that whatever is being alleged in this Qui Tam will likely be similarly patently absurd and I highly doubt the matter will be long entertained before any competent court.

A similar Qui Tam action was brought by Dr. Judy Wood related to 9-11 conspiracy theories and was summarily dismissed from beginning to end all the way up through the chain of appeals.  Therefore, historically, the chances don't very appear good for the "online scholar conspiracy theorists" Qui Tam action.

However, the Sandy Hook crew just might garner a few blogger headlines, my blog being first to grant him said favor.

In any event, I certainly believe in the right of citizens to bring such actions and no one can doubt they serve an important function in society and I wish the "freeman on the land" the best of luck and will watch with interest and sincerely can't wait to see what he put together.   More as the information becomes available.

However, that said. Allow me to introduce people to the terms Hoaxers will be receiving from the courts.

I continue to receive near daily death threats, hack attacks, and video attacks as hoaxers continue their attempts to intimidate me and infringe on my freedom of speech.  My videos and channels have been flagged many times.  Can you say, Hypocrites!?!

Hoaxers are compounding their efforts by publishing bold faced lies to further instigate their minions to attacks on me. 

James Tracy' blog, declaratively and with zero evidence, states that I, CW Wade, am operating several blogs as well as the  "Newtown Post-Examiner" website and blog.

This is exemplified by James Tracy's in his lies on his blog.

” Through first one and now a handful of blogs....” [to slander and defame his precious hoaxers.]

There is NO handful of blogs, there is THIS blog. ONE Blog. MY blog. And I do not slander anyone, I copy paste what they say. If what they say “slanders” themselves, maybe they shouldn't say it! Making a false claim to instigate further attacks on me only proves my point.

Tracy goes on stating:

"In a bold move that only leads people to further suspect deception, Wade published another blog that this time he acquired a domain name for. The reason why a proprietary domain name was a requirement in this case was that it was needed to create the impression of being a regional news site. Writing articles now for the “Newtown Post-Examiner,” Wade appears to be making an attempt to pose as a writer working for a non-biased news organization. The strategy appears to be paying off to some degree. A few news stories on the web site quotes from the Newtown Post-Examiner. They don’t bother to clarify that it’s a blog and likely doesn’t employ an editorial review process."

As with most of James Tracy's drivel; this is poorly researched and inaccurate.  In fact, this is a bold faced lie.

As is well known, the ONLY blog that I own, write, operate, or publish is THIS ONE, sandyhookanalysis.blogspot.com.

I, in fact do NOT publish, write, or own the Newtown Post-Examiner blog and I have never "written for" that blog.

The fact of the matter is there are several people who are tired of "hoaxer" groups stalking innocent people online, on their social media accounts, at their work, on the phone, and at their children’s schools.  The people stalked are either in some way related to high profile incidents or some hoaxer has imagined they look similar to someone involved in a high profile crime, such as the Sandy Hook tragedy. Some of those tired of this stalking write blogs. 

Additionally, there are some family members of victims and collateral victims that ARE sick of the daily harassment heaped upon them by hoaxers, they are sick of hoaxers stealing their intellectual property, and and they ARE fighting back.

THIS is my website.  I have stated many times before and sworn I work for NO ONE in regards to Sandy Hook. I stand up for truth on my dime, in my free time of my OWN free will, with my OWN right of free speech and I too research this tragedy.

Newsflash! Hoaxers are not the only ones with free speech, hypocrites.

Lies about Copyright

As to the Copyright complaints, tough crap!  (and no, I didn't file those either) 

Unfortunately for the producers of the movie "We need to talk about Sandy Hook", the reports are the producers may have stolen quite a bit of material and there are MULTIPLE Copyright claims against that movie and certainly not limited to " HONR Network".  Some legal agents may be involved at this point.

Reading the tea leaves, it appears independent claims from various potential plaintiffs, including companies and agent represented people who  hold legal and registered copyright to that material, have been or are being filed and/or pursued. I personally have spoken with TWO different claimants  and know of at least one - two others.  

That is a lot of claims!  

Youtube also seems well aware of the multiple independent copyright claims; although that is just based on their reaction, which I agree is very stiff, although I'm not sure its permanent.

In short, it appears that the film and the collaborators are in or soon will be in very serious legal hot water. Guest what, Hoaxer? You don't have a first amendment right to steal stuff!

So before all of you hoaxers get a your panties bunched..  I have a great idea!  Put out a film that doesn’t steal other peoples stuff.  Problem solved!  No copyright claims.

By the way, contrary to hoaxer belief, slapping "fair use" in front of stolen material is not the definition of "fair use".  It needs to fit the criteria of fair use.

Further, Fair Use is an AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE.  It does not mean that there isn't a valid claim to the property you are stealing, it means that once you are sued for stealing it, you have a handy defense you can ATTEMPT.  

Since there several claims against this film, I don't know how this will turn out. I personally doubt the film makers could claim "fair use" on at least three of the items I know of; however,  I don't have a dog in that particular fight.

I know I stand with the families for truth against hoaxers and their intimidating tactics and harassment. Period.

By the way, the film makers KNOW exactly what they stole.. so ask them what it is that really getting them shut down. 

Maybe, for once, you would get a straight answer from them… but I doubt it.

Sandy Hook Hoax Perpetuates their Fraud - Flexfit Bucket Hat

The Sandy Hook Hoax crew have been caught red handed manipulating evidence are desperately pulling out all the stops in an irrational attempt to carry on the charade.

The email is not only in dispute, it is proven to be modified to the extent that it is nothing but a phoney.


The hoaxer crew posted an email that purported to prove the bucket hat Adam Lanza wore in his attack on Sandy Hook Hoax Elementary School was made after 2013.  She alleged she obtained this information from an email from Flexfit that stated the sweatband in the hat was the new sweatband  and was not produced until 2013.

The Hoaxers ran with the story without doing a single bit of internet research or fact checking.   Soon, Flexfit's Vice President declared in the Hoaxer email was manipulated by the hoaxers, prior to posting it and changing what the employee had said.

Caught red-handed!

The Vice President's email further went on to detail that the new Flexfit sweatband, a band that did not go into production until a "running change in 2014".  The one shown in Lanza's photo was manufactured between 2005-2013, and was the old style.  A photo of the new headband was provided by Flexfit's VP and makes clear the difference.

This is not the first time Hoaxers have been caught fraudulently inventing "evidence", and it wont be the last. Previous hoaxer fabrication of evidence includes the "Check-In Here Sign", "26 Christmas Trees", "Helicopter fly-over Time", and Camera.

This is the first time that we have documented it from the very moment they began their perpetration.

Lets take a close look at the' alleged email and look at online archived web evidence of the sweatband:

In identifying the timeline as to when this was made, who purchased the hat and when we changed our labeling.

Unfortunately – I cannot give you a ‘definitive’ answer, although I can give you a really good idea and bet that I am 98% correct. I would just hate to find out that it could be wrong, so please keep that in mind.

The only photo given – is limited in view, however I am able to blow the photo up and found more markings and numbers that have helped us in our search. Here are the areas of issue:

1. I cannot see if there is a Flexfit ‘Flag’ label (This specific label was only produced and sold on the east coast for a period of time. I can speculate that it was during this time based on the style of the hat, because I have been working here for well over 20 years, but it is not definitive.) This is on the brim, where the crown meets the brim top side.

2. Our inside label has identifying markers as to season/year of production, however the numbers on this hat do not seem to match any that we have produced, which is odd because I have contacted our overseas production department as well, and they also do not use those numbers.

We produce blank inventory such as the bucket cap – and they are shipped to 2 different distribution centers. One on the east coast and another on the west coast…so stock levels are sold and replenished regularly, but we do keep track of the numbers on the hats for inventory and identifying sales.

This style is carried over from year to year with little to no change –as it is a staple item. So we need to keep it consistent as possible for our customers/distributors who purchase it yearly, but I do recognize that this hat was during a year we had been making changes by the lot.

My California distribution center alone – receives on an average 5 to 7… 40 foot containers of various cap styles weekly.

3. We have done 5 updates to this cap within the last 20 years that I have been with the company.

a.) We removed the flag label from the brim – (I mentioned above) approx. 3 years ago. with that being said, that would have been in 2011. This photo was taken in 2012. That does not mean that this person would have not kept on to the hat after the year we removed that label. I would assume most people keep their hats years after their original purchase.

But we would have continued to sell through any product still in the warehouse until it was sold out – so it could have carried over longer than when we actually stopped producing it with the label. I know that they stopped selling this item on the east coast and west coast both around the end of 2012. (not sure on the exact month and day).

b.) We updated the sweat band inside in 2013….but we continued to sell through the previous sweat band until stock levels depleted…However the new sweat band is pictured in this photo you have sent me. This is odd given the information you have given me.

There is an ‘identifying marker’ on this item I can see from the photo you have given – that can tell us when it was made and where it was purchased…However I am still looking into the number listed on the hat, trying to find out who made it (if it was even Felxtfit and find out the purchaser from this number.)

There are several problems with Norris' weak attempt at passing off this fake email.

When the screen shots were posted of the emails she allegedly exchanged,  they appeared fake. 

All of the emails bear the familiar style formatting known of current Gmail:

"One of these things is not like the other, can you tell me which one it is?"

An enlarged sample of the above shows that the alleged email does at least match the style and formatting of a real Gmail, and she is able to provide header data.



However, Bridget's original post does NOT match Gmail. Neither do Fetzer or Yvonne's versions.   An offline created fake? Very likely.

The header not only doesn't match Bridget's previous Gmails, it doesn't match the Gmail style or format; an obvious sign of Bridget's dishonest tactic.

Fraud #2: "Markings & Numbers?"

The alleged email from Flexfit:

"The only photo given – is limited in view, however I am able to blow the photo up and found more markings and numbers that have helped us in our search. Here are the areas of issue"

Walkey 476 - Crime Scene Photo

According to the email, Bridget only gave one photo, which according to her posts above appears to be crime scene photo "Walkey #476".

For the purposes of this blog, I retrieved a copy from the report itself, to give us the best possible view of the photo.


Pay close attention to the wording above that Bridget alleged "I am able to blow the photo up and found more markings and numbers"

I don't care how much you blow that photo up, there are only TWO numbers on that photo.  "98" and "2", as in "98% Cotton" and "2% P.U. Spandex".  Feel free to test it out yourself.


 The fact is, there are NO other numbers, strongly indicating this portion of the email was likely completely fabricated.


Fraud #3  More mysterious numbers:

What numbers?

The hat is 98% Cotton and 2% Spandex, for years, as attested to by the wayback machine, this archive being from 2011:

The fabric percentages are the only numbers in the photo indicating fraud because the writer is talking about numbers that quite simply, do not exist.  The fabric numbers have not changed since at least 2009, as far as Wayback Machine goes.


Fraud #4 New Sweatband

According to the VicePresident of Flexfit and according to the website and current inventory listings on numerous websites (include even ebay), the new Flexfit headband is currently being sold and looks quiet different than the one in the crime scene photograph. From Flexfit's website, which matches the email from the Vice President:


One can easily tell the new flexfit sweatband does not have the big writing "Flexfit" on it.

Attempting Jedi mind tricks after being caught red handed in multiple lies,  The hoaxers deftly  switch gears because the distinctive new sweatband could never be confused with the old sweatband.  To attempt to weasel out of the lies they dug themselves, they are pushing a new and improved slant:

"The band itself is not what we are looking for. It could be the smallest thing like stitch, color, materiel used. etc

But didn't your alleged email clearly state:
